WWE ran Edinburg, Texas at the Bert Ogden Arena last night. Here are the quick results:
*Raw Tag Team Champions RK-Bro & United States Champion Damian Priest defeated Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode, & The Miz when Ziggler was hit with the RKO. This started out with Miz hosting MizTV with Randy and Riddle before Ziggler and Roode came out. Priest evened things out and it turned into a six man tag.
*Seth Rollins pinned Finn Balor with the stomp. Really great back and forth match. Rollins got some nice reactions from Texas with his over the top outfit. Just watching him walk out, it was obvious he's in a different zone now.
*WWE Smackdown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair pinned Sasha Banks. This was my pick for the best thing on the show.
*Happy Corbin pinned Rick Boogs. Shinsuke Nakamura was at ringside.
*Rey and Dominik Mysterio defeated Alpha Academy's Chad Gable & Otis when Dominik pinned Gable with a frog splash.
*WWE Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch defeated Bianca Belair.
*King Woods & Drew McIntyre & Jeff Hardy defeated WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns & WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Usos. No Kofi Kingston, but I'm guessing that's because his family just had their daughter. This was fun and different with the babyface combination being so unique. Roman received the biggest sustained reaction of the night just coming out. Hardy was beaten down for a long time. Drew got the hot tag and made the pinfall after a Claymore Kick on an Uso.
Overall, this was a FUN show.
