If WWE did sell their docs, where should they go?

Perhaps this is a pie in the sky sort of idea, but in my mind, Amazon Prime would be a great idea to sell the rights for them in my mind.  That way, Amazon could make them available to subscribers or rent/sell them each directly per documentary.  It would also be a nice way for WWE and Amazon to feel each other out since Nick Khan loves to point out how Amazon and other streaming services are buying sports content.

Out of all the promoters out there today, who do you think is having the most fun at his job?

I don't think anyone in pro wrestling is more outwardly excited and having fun in his position running a company beyond Tony Khan.  There are lots of people who love pro wrestling, but everyone in AEW talks about his intense enthusiasm.

I know you did the A&E Steve Austin documentary.   Did you ever get any feedback or reaction from Steve Austin for your comments?  Why were you only in the one film?  Were there others you would have liked to have appeared in?

No.  I have no idea how he felt about me being on there or what I said on the doc.  Jake Rogal, who directed the project for A&E invited me to do it.  They came and filmed me.  After that, I never heard any feedback from Austin or anyone else.  I have no idea if he was even aware I was in the film until it aired.  All of those docs were independently produced and directed.  It wasn't one team and none of them were produced by WWE itself.  No one else from any other project asked me to take part.  If someone else felt I could add something to their projects, I would have been happy to do it - I really enjoyed the Bret Hart, Mick Foley and Roddy Piper docs personally, so of course I'd want to say I would have liked to have taken part in those, but if we are being honest, I don't know I could have brought something beyond what the others involved in those projects gave to those docs.

Do you think WWE ever goes more cutting edge with their content?

I think at some point, the scales will tip towards a more adult-tinged product, but not until they've exhausted every bit of revenue having a PG product can make them.  It makes sense that eventually things will change as the world ebbs and flows.  Do I think it will happen in the next few years?  Probably not, not when they have strong deals with NBCU and FOX.

Do you think CM Punk shows up at Final Battle?

No, he's in Chicago signing all weekend at C2E2.  I don't see it.
