WWE NXT UK REPORT: SATOMURA AND DRAGUNOV DEFEND THEIR TITLES, TAG TITLE MATCH NEXT WEEK, AND MORE

Match Number One: Xia Brookside versus Meiko Satomura for the NXT UK Women’s Championship

They lock up and Satomura with a side head lock and take down. Satomura with a waist lock. Satomura wants a test of strength and Satomura with a wrist lock and leg sweep. Satomura holds on to the wrist lock. Xia goes for the hair but Satomura holds on to the wrist lock. Xia with a forearm and a reversal. Satomura tries to escape but Xia holds on to the wrist lock. Xia with a hammer lock. Satomura with a single leg take down into a step over toe hold. She works on the knee and Xia with kicks to the head.

Satomura with kicks to the hamstring and she propels Xia into the ropes with a forward roll. Xia with a kick and side head lock take down. Satomura with a head scissors. Xia with a head stand to escape. Xia does some dancing when she escapes the hold and Meiko goes after Xia and Xia goes to the ropes. Xia with kicks to the back of the leg. Xia with a double knee strike to the back.

Xia with boots to the back. Xia with a snap mare and kick to the back for a near fall. Satomura with an Irish whip and running forearm into the corner. Satomura with a kick to the chest. Satomura with another kick to the chest. Satomura with a slam and wrist lock. Satomura with a take down and knee drop for a near fall. Satomura with a take down into a cross arm breaker but Xia gets to the ropes. Xia kicks Satomura from the corner and hits a running neck breaker for a near fall. Xia with a forearm but Satomura with a back heel kick and Euroepan uppercut. Satomura with a power slam and she gets a near fall. Satomura misses a spinning heel kick and Xia with a Codebreaker for a near fall. Xia with a forearm to the back. Satomura with a Pele Kick and the referee holds Meiko back. Satomura gets Xia on her shoulders but Xia gets to her feet. Xia with a forearm. Satomura with a round kick and Death Valley Driver followed by Scorpio Rising for the three count.

Winner: Meiko Satomura (retains championship)

We go to Charlie Dempsey arriving at Teoman’s residence. Rohan Raja greets him and tells him they need to go to the roof. Raja tells Dempsey that Teoman passes on his gratitude. He asks Charlie what is important to him.

Dempsey says legacy and heritage are important to him. He says he knows it is important to Raja. He says he saw Raja’s problems with Gallus and he says Gallus has no respect for anyone inside the ring. He thought you two could use a helping hand.

Raja asks Teoman if he heard that and then Raja welcomes Dempsey to Die Familia.

We go to commercial.

We are back with Emilia McKenzie waiting for Meiko Satomura and Meiko is asked what is next for her.

Satomura says she will be going back to Japan for a few weeks.

Blair Davenport shows up and asks Emilia what will she do when her only friend is not here to protect her.

McKenzie says she will do just fine.

Blair suggests that McKenzie step in the ring with her.

McKenzie accepts.

Blair asks Meiko to bring back a present.

Match Number Two: Saxon Huxley versus Kenny Williams

Williams throws his jacket at Huxley and Huxley catches it. Huxley with a back elbow and a second one. Huxley with a running knee. Williams with a thumb to the eyes but Huxley pushes Williams away and hits a shoulder tackle. Huxley with a cross body against the ropes and Williams tries to reach under the ring. Huxley with a waist lock and Williams with elbows. Huxley sends Williams to the floor.

Huxley follows Williams to the floor and hits a running shoulder tackle. Huxley with a boot from the apron and he returns to the ring. Huxley with a running splash to the back for a near fall. Williams with a side head lock but Huxley with a belly-to-back suplex. Huxley slams Williams’ head and back into the mat. Huxley with splashes into the corner. Huxley with an Irish whip but he misses a shoulder in the corner and Huxley goes to the floor. Williams goes to the floor and he connects with a bicycle kick.

Williams with more kicks on the floor. Williams with a back rake and he sends Huxley back into the ring. Williams with a drop kick for a near fall. Williams with knees but Huxley pushes Williams into the turnbuckles. Williams with a kick and a foerarm to the back of the leg. Williams with a seated splash to the back and he gets a near fall. Williams continues to work on the back and connects with crossfaces.

Huxley blocks a head lock and sends Williams to the mat with an arm drag. Williams with a shoulder to the knee. Huxley blocks a snap mare. Huxley blocks a boot and he punches Williams. Huxley with a gutwrench and tosses Williams across the ring. Huxley with a choke breaker. Huxley with punches to Williams. Huxley with short arm clotheslines folllowed by a press slam. Huxley with Irish whips and a back breaker for a near fall. Huxley with a boot to the back and then Huxley goes to the turnbuckles.

Huxley with a boot to Williams and Huxley goes to the ropes and misses an elbow drop when Williams moves. Williams with a running DDT for a near fall. Williams with forearms to the back and he goes for a fish hook.

SubCulture’s music plays and Williams forgets that he is in a wrestling match and his opponent is IN THE RING WITH HIM. Huxley with a forearm and a spinebuster from a fireman’s carry position for the three count.

Winner: Saxon Huxley

We go to Sha Samuels from earlier in the week. He has his odds for the contenders and Sam Gradwell shows up. Sha asks Sam about his knee.

Sam asks why is he at the bottom of the odds.

Sha mentions that Sam has lost every match.

Sam challenges Sha to a match for next week.

Sha says the odds say Sam won’t pin him.

Sam says he will get a nice payday for beating Sha.

We go to commercial.

We are back and next week we will see Emilia McKenzie versus Blair Davenport. We will also see Moustache Mountain versus Pretty Deadly for the NXT UK Tag Team Championship.

We have a video package for the Tag Title Match.

Sam says that Moustache Mountain put in the hard work and they are the foundation. Lewis says they are the beautiful building they put on top of it. Sam says some aren’t meant to be there. Lewis says some aren’t good enough.

Trent says they know the respect is there for building it.

Lewis says Moustache Mountain has given them their toughest match. Lewis points out that they beat them. Lewis asks what is next for Moustache Mountain when they win again?

Trent asks Tyler what happens if they don’t win. Tyler says they have weathered the hardship. Trent says the name was a bit of a joke, but now it means the climb and the struggle. What will top it all off is the NXT UK Tag Team Championships. Trent says he needs this. They need to do this for them and the fans.

Sam says there is a silver lining. The Moustache Mountain fans will have lost someone to look up to, but Lewis says it means new Pretty Deadly fans. They tell Trent and Tyler that they are sorry.

Trent says they have come too close to stop now. We need this and it is our time. The tag titles are coming back to Moustache Mountain.

Match Number Three: Ilja Dragunov versus Rampage Brown for the NXT UK Men’s Championship

They lock up and Brown backs Dragunov into the corner. Brown misses a punch on the break. They lock up and Dragunov with a waist lock. Brown backs Dragunov into the corner but misses an elbow. Dragunov with a chop. Dragunov with a waist lock and Brown backs Dragunov into the corner. Brown with an elbow and a forearm.

Dragunov with elbows and forearms. Dragunov with a side head lock. Dragunov holds on to the side head lock when Brown tries to send him off the ropes. Dragunov continues to hold on to the side head lock while Brown tries to send him off the ropes. Brown goes for a belly-to-back suplex but Dragunov holds on to the head lock.

Brown with a belly-to-back suplex but Dragunov holds on to the head lock. Dragunov with a shoulder tackle and Dragunov with a side head lock take down. Brown with a forearm and Dragunov with a shoulder tackle but Brown with a Saito suplex. Dragunov rolls to the floor and holds his head. Brown runs Dargunov into the ring post. Brown picks up Dragunov and runs him into another ring post. They return to the ring. Brown with a slam and he gets a near fall. Brown stands on Dragunov’s back.

Dragunov with a chop but Dragunov’s back gives out when he tries to lift Brown up. Brown with elbow drops to the back for a near fall. Brown with a waist lock. Dragunov with elbows to get out of the hold. Dragunov with a chop and Brown with a head butt and Dragunov goes down. Brown with a hard Irish whip. Brown with a chop and Dragunov’s struggles to stay on his feet. Brown with a hard Irish whip and he gets a near fall. Brown with forearms to Dragunov. Dragunov hits the ropes on an Irish whip and he collapses. Dragunov blocks the Doctor Bomb set up. Dragunov goes for a back drop and does it but he collapses to the mat.

Dragunov with a front face lock and Brown blocks a suplex. Brown blocks a suplex and Dragunov blocks a suplex. Dragunov with forearms and a palm strike. Dragunov cannot get Brown up for the suplex. Brown with a forearm and Dragunov with an enzuigiri and both men are down. The referee checks on Brown and he cannot continue the match.

Winner: Ilja Dragunov (by referee stoppage) [retains championship]
