Dragon Gate held its first Fantastic Gate 2021 tour show today in Korakuen Hall.
The full results were:

• Ishin Iihashi, Naruki Doi, Riki Iihashi and Takashi Yoshida def. Ben-K, Kagetora, Keisuke Okuda and YAMATO
• Open the Brave Gate Championship: SB KENTo (c) def. Jacky Funky Kamei
• Mask-versus-mask: Dia Inferno and Diamante def. Dragon Dia and Shun Skywalker
SB KENTo made his second successful defense of the Open the Brave Gate Championship against Jacky Funky Kamei.
He named Problem Dragon as next challenger for the title, and the bout will take place at Dragon Gate’s show on December 12 in Tajimi Sangyo Bunka Center.
Dragon Dia lost the main event and was forced to unmask. However, in a twist, Dia Inferno also chose to unmask and reveal himself as Yuki Yoshioka.
For context, Twitter user @AHROOMEE posted a fantastic thread explaining the significance behind Dia and Yoshioka’s history and how Shun Skywalker ties into the story. The full thread can be read below:
“SPOILER ALERT: So Dragon Dia is forced to unmask [because] he was the one that took the losing pin in the match tonight but Dia Inferno also ended up unmasking, revealing himself as Yuki Yoshioka.
“Yuki Yoshioka, a DG rookie that was on excursion on Mexico but never been seen returning as the only one who returned from excursion at that time was Shun Skywalker.
“Yuki Yoshioka before he went on excursion was scheduled to face Dragon Dia on a singles match. Before it happened, Yoshioka announced that he would be leaving for excursion bcs Dia at that time have won the Open The Triangle Gate Champion.
“This made Yoshioka sure that despite them both being rookie wrestlers, Dia was clearly ahead of him. Yoshioka took the excursion with the thought of when he came back, he’d be on the same level of Dia. And they could wrestle when the gap between them is close.
“But, Yoshioka never returned. The one that ended up appearing was a Dragon-like figure, hunting for Dragon Dia. Someone named Dia Inferno. Longtime Toryumon/DG fans might had flashbacks of Dragon Kid/Darkness Dragon feud [because] of this.
“Dia Inferno had been after Dragon Dia for so long that Dia losit his patience and started accussing Dia Inferno to be the forgotten rookie, Yuki Yoshioka. Shun denied. He lived with Yoshioka when they trained in Mexico. There’s NO WAY Yoshioka would be like this.
“Tonight, with Dragon Dia losing his mask and SBK taunting him, Dia Inferno stood up and came into Dia’s defense. A mask is a masked man’s lifeblood. Dragon Dia just lost his, THIS IS NOT A LAUGHING MATTER.
“Dia Inferno came with a purpose: to destroy Dragon Dia. Now that Dragon Dia lost his mask, there is no purpose for Dia Inferno to exists. Now Yuki Yoshioka can truly face Dragon Dia as himself, closer gap and all.
“Now, another interesting part of this: Shun Skywalker. Shun was hard on defending that Yoshioka was not Dia Inferno and Shun was the main factor why Dia lost his mask today. Was it accidental? Was Shun just trying to save himself? Or has Shun been helping Yoshioka all along?”
