Former WWE and Impact Wrestling star Taryn Terrell has filed a lawsuit against The Biltmore Miami Coral Gables hotel and resort, alleging that she was sexually abused by the resort's former lead massage therapist.
NBC affiliate channel 6 in Miami reported today that Terrell is among four women who have filed lawsuits against the facility. Terrell, currently part of the NWA, joined the lawsuit already filed by three others, yesterday.
The lawsuit alleges that Oscar Ojeda touched them inappropriately in a sexually abusive way. Ojeda was arrested this past May and charged with misdemeanour battery against two victims, including Terrell. He has plead not guilty and is slated for a court date next month.
Terrell told NBC in Miami that she tried to warn the hotel about his behavior and it's "heartbreaking" to know others went through the same experience despite her attempts to warn the hotel. The NBC report claimed that of all the things the hotel offered Terrell as a make-good for the incident, one of them was another massage.
