We got a good “gabbagool” chant going for the returning Goodfellas. The Administration refuses to let the ref throw Tina out of the ring. Willow Nightingale comes out to make this one a 6-person tag match if Tina doesn’t want to leave.
Match 3: The Goodfellas (Rex Muscarella & Mike Verna) & Willow Nightingale vs The Administration (Damian Adams, Pedro Donez & Tina San Antonio)
Willow & Tina square off, having unfinished business from WWR+ in Worcester. Tina immediately tags out to Adams, who shoulder blocks Nightingale down. Rex tags in and dares Adams to try it with him. Adams bounces off him and Rex is walkin’ here…right over his opponent. Done in to try his luck but Verna blasts him, holds him in a vertical suplex before passing to Rex for a Finlay roll. Done dodges a Vader bomb and Adams tags back in to work over the leg of Rex. The Administration continue to work that leg and keep Rex away from his partners. Match 5: Kings of the District (Jordan Blade & Eel O’Neal) vs Trish Adora & Suge
While I love everyone in this match, I cannot properly convey how happy I am to see Suge D back in the northeast. The crowd clearly agrees. Suge playing like he’s rusty before getting to work on O’Neal with that king of catch style the Artiste worked out in the UK. He get a cravat and stretches Eel out. Eel gives Suge a little more activity that he expected so he grabs the wrist and works him to the mat. Eel with a headlock “are those ABS?” Says Suge before he gets shot off into a rollup attempt. Suge dropped to the rope and eats a 61Knee. Suge with the cravat takedown and diving back headbutt. He tries working a Wrsitlock before Jordan Blade comes in to talk trash, tag in and work Suge to the mat for a beating. Suge catches the leg and tries an ankle lock but that just keeps Blade in range to chop him up. Suge turns it on with some body shots, Blade back with a spinning chop to the throat and he goes to tag in Adora before he collapses. Adora and Blade pick up where they left off from Thursday’s main event but now Eel can run interference and help work the champ over. Eel makes a mistake and gas into the cattle mutilation. Suge adds a crab to the mix, prompting Blade to enter and chop/stomp her partner out of danger. Eel freed and throwing hands on Suge in the corner. Winners: Kings of the District
KOD wait for their opponents to get back up and offer a handshake of respect. Blade and Trish hug it out. Suge brings Trish her Pan Afrikan World Diaspora Wrestling Championship but can’t let it go. Oh yes, Suge wants HIS shot. Gimme THAT. Show them that energy you’ve been cultivating in the Southeast.
Matt Cardona is out and NOT IMPRESSED by Somerville. He’s the two time Internet champion and Deathmatch King! He says he’s the ACE of Beyond…the Johnny Ace of Beyond. It’s time to end the career of Teddy Goodz. He says he’s going to Kowloon and celebrate making Goodz his b****. Needless to say, the Beyond crowd is here to boo this man.
Match 6: Matt Cardona (w/ Smart Mark Sterling) vs Teddy Goodz
Cardona won’t put the Internet belt on the line. Heck, he powders immediately and refuses to engage. He’s back in and muscles Goodz but gets run into the corner and armdragged into a state of frustration. Cardona jawing with the crowd that hates him before getting back to overpowering Teddy Goodz. He’s preening too much and Goodz blasts a lariat. Cardona needs to retreat for a tête-à-tête with Sterling. Cardona gets the mic, calls Goodz a hell of a competitor and tries to back out of the match and go to Kowloon and come on his podcast. It’s a great cop-out spot. Goodz is ready for the fake out and plants Cardona to the mat, hitting a backdrop that sends him out again. Good gives chase and they fight on the stage. Good gets a bin full of toys and legos, dumps it on the floor and slams Cardona onto the plunder. Goodz to the top but Cardona knocks him down into the buckles. Cardona throwing some big forearms and clubs to the back. Neckbreaker! Teddy kicks out! Cardona throws him out and Sterling gets a few kicks in. Good wipes out Sterling and VSK but turns back into a rough ryder that finally hits. Cardona grabs a handful of tights and this one is over. WOW, what a RIDE this match was. It went from goofy comedy match to awesome match to a WILD Attitude Era final few minutes. This was great.

Wheeler has a stiff test against the wall that is Jeff Cobb. Cobb throws Yuta out of the lockup several times. Cobb will not be moved. Yuta is fighting though, hurting his own shoulder trying to punch and ram Cobb down. Yuta with a lucha arm drag but Cobb just absorbs the chops. Yuta is staying ahead of Cobb’s heavy artillery but he finally gets caught in a belly to belly suplex and his reversals are ground to a halt. Cobb lays in the beating, surfing on Yuta’s back at one point. Big delay vertical suplex slam but the over confident cover is too easy for Yuta to kick out of. Main Event: Rickey Shane Page vs Alec Price (w/ Becca)
Price wants a piece of RSP but Rickey makes him wait. Price really wants this fight and RSP finally gives him the beating he deserves. Big shots and tossing the loudmouth around the ring like a bag of old laundry. Price finally hits a DDT to swing the momentum and lays in his wild shots on RSP. Price misses a flying knee in the corner and RSP lays him out again, to hit a slingshot splash off the top rope! Twist of Fate! Price reverses with a blockbuster cutter off the top! RSP catches him with a spinning crucifix flapjack! What the hell was this move!!!! RSP flips Price into a kick in the head. It should be over! Becca distracts the ref! RSP is gonna chokeslam her but Lroce tries a low blow. RSP catches the kick with his thighs! The ref turns and Price hits it on the second attempt. RSP dropped to his knees and Price hits the flying back kick to the back of the head. RSP is down for the three! This was really good, Price took some hellacious bumps here but he’s clearly the new big bad in Beyond.
Winner: Alec Price
RSP stays behind and cuts our show ending promo. Wrestling is better than it’s ever been…and worse than it has, with all the clout chasers. But RSP is waiting for them all…but he has one person in particular he wants to call out right now. He has one BROSKI in mind….and he’s waiting for him.
Mark Sterling & VSK come out and say that Cardona went to Kowloon. This is BS of course, as Cardona blasts RSP in the back of the head with the Internet title and hits a rough Ryder to stand tall over the Beyond original and soak in the hatred of this crowd as he leaves.
And that’s it for “Reverse the Curse”! This was a grand return to one of Beyond’s best venues. An absolute monster of a show where everyone turned the dial up to 11. The crowd was fired up and the matches over delivered. Uncharted Territory has been a great weekly fix but THIS was the type and size and energy of Beyond show that made me a fan originally. Check it out on IWTV! Beyond returns to the White Eagle this Thursday as they work their way back to Providence for Fete Forever. Until then!
