WWE is pushing the return of Roman Reigns to Smackdown as the big hook for tonight's episode on FOX.
We've had a few readers point out WWE hasn't officially announced any of yesterday's releases, asking if that means there could be more. WWE doesn't traditionally announce WWE NXT releases but no statement on the main roster talents is curious, to say the least. Anything is possible.
Meanwhile, WWE released to stockholders that new CFO Frank A. Riddick's III base salary will be $850,000 and will receive a signing bonus of $1 million. Riddick would have to reimburse WWE at least a portion of that bonus if he leaves without "good reason" or is terminated from the position within the first 36 months. Riddick will be relocating from South Carolina for the position and WWE will provide him with a rental car and temporary housing for up to 12 months. They will also reimburse him moving costs.
The belief within the company is that Kristina Salen exited last night after the earnings call.
The WWE Network classic drop this month is expected to be WWF Superstars episodes.
