We start with a look back at Moose's victory Impact World Heavyweight Championship speech, Josh Alexander's ambush and subsequent fight with Minoru Suzuki and finally Moose recruiting Suzuki and W. Morrissey to help deal with Alexander, Eddie Edwards & Matt Cardona.
Match 1: Steve Maclin vs Rohit Raju (w/ Raj Singh) vs Laredo Kid vs Black Tarus (w/ Crazzy Steve) (#1 Contender's Match for the X Division Championship)
Taurus and Maclin let Raju and Laredo Kis fight before ejecting them from the ring. Maclin sends Taurus to the mat but the big bull is back up with a sling blade and takes over. Raju escapes Taurus to dive through at Maclin. Taurus and Laredo Kid add to the dive pile. GREAT overhead cam shot of Laredo Kid's moonsault to the outside. Raju with a headkick to Laredo and tries for the pin. Laredo with a dodge out of the corner but Raju hits a neckbreaker and a X-factor. Maclin tries to steal the pin. Taurus hits a step up corkscrew dive to wipe out Maclin and Raju while they fight. Taurus almost gets it on Maclin with a popup DVD but Laredo hits an outside/inside swanton to break it up. Laredo breaks it up and hits a rana to the outside on Taurus. Slingshot splash for two but Raju and Maclin break it up. Raju with a flatliner but Laredo is out at two. Raju almost gets a rollup with a handful of tights. Raju runs into a collision with Maclin and turns back into a Michanoku Driver from Laredo Kid for the pin!
Winner: Laredo Kid
Tre Miguel comes right down with the X Division Championship to shake the hand of his next contender. Maclin breaks up the show of respect but Laredo and Miguel double drop kick him out of the ring. This match should be fire.
Matt Striker & D'Lo Brown preview tonight's main event. A six-man clash between Suzuki, Moose & Morrissey against Alexander, Cardona & Edwards. We're also getting Madman Fulton vs Chris Sabin, Madison Rayne vs Mickie James and Good Brothers vs FinJuice!
We go backstage with Madison Rayne and Kaleb with a K where they talk about this potentially being Rayne's 6th Knockouts Championship regin tonight if she wins. Historically, Rayne always wins in championship matches so she's very confident. Also she may be interviewing the IInspiration later?
We go backstage again with Ace Austin & Madman Fulton and talk about Austin's victory over Chris Sabin last week. He shows off his new "I Beat Chris Sabin" shirt. Fulton promises to tear Sabin apart.
Violent by Design make their way to the ring. Eric Young gets the mic to tell us that Rhyno made the wrong decision with VBD. Young hasn't gotten his hands dirty in a while...but it's time to build a monument to violence and lay the first brick now. Here comes Eric Young's opponent, who is ALL smiles. Eric gives his oppoent a moment to identify himself as Jay Vidal from right here in Las Vegas, NV. His enthusiasm is a disease, says Young....and he's the cure.
Match 2: Eric Young (w/ Cody Deaner & Joe Doering) vs Jay Vidal
Young pummels Vidal to the mat quickly. Young stomps his face and grinds it in. Young hits a release powerbomb and a piledriver, bouncing Vidal off the mat headfirst. Count him out. Young destroyed this kid.
Winner: Eric Young
We have a Locker Room Talk segment with The IInspiration, who are confused they are in an apartment or hotel room of some kind. They try to leave but they keep seeing Decay in mirrors and doorways. A mirror turns and "Turning Point" is written in Lipstick. Decay wants those belts back.
Returning from commerical, The Iinspiration don't want to be Ghostbusters in the division. Maybe they should stay out of the dark corners of the building.
Match 3: Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson)(c) vs FinJuice (David Finlay & Juice Robinson) (non-title match)
Finjuice working the arm of Anderson early, twisting it and hitting a double axe handle from the top. Juice has it well in hand but gets distracted by Gallows. Anderson rakes the eyes and LG follows it up with a big boot on the outside. Back from commercial, Gallows is pummeling Juice in the corner with hands to the gut and eblows to the chest. Gallows keeps his weight on Juice, smothering him in a prolonged chinlock. Juice escapes with a jawbreaker, gets the tag. Finlay fires to life against Anderson. Slingshot dive to Gallows on the outside! Running elbow followed by a uranage backbreaker for two! Juice back in and they try the Doomsday Device but Karl slips out. Gallows back in but Finlay meets him with a cross body and everyone's down. Bullet Club run down to the ring to beat up and serve up low blows for everyone. Bullet Club hold up the Tag Team Championships before heading out, their impact felt.
Winner: No Contest
FinJuice is backstage and furious that the Bullet Club keeps interfering in their business. Scott D'Amore agrees with them and makes a match for them with Bullet Club and the winner gets a title shot at the Good Brothers. They seem satisfied by this.
Match 4: Madison Rayne (w/ Kaleb with a K) vs Mickie James(c) (For the Impact Knockouts Championship)
Madison and Mickie trade some chain wrestling, working the arm and wrist back and forth. Mickie with a quick takedown and pin attempt. Madison tries to get a cheap kick to the gut but James is ready for it. Kaleb trying to save his charge and Madison winds up in the center of a tug of war. Rayne comes running but eats a flapjack. James to the top while Madison distracts the ref and Kaleb throws Mickie off. Rayne runs in but only gets the two. Rayne gets a butterfly and bridges into a submission attempt. James tries a rollup but fails. Rayne keeps working over the champ, whipping to the buckle but missing the charge and eats elbows and a series of forearms and lariats. Mickie going for the finish but Kaleb distracts again! Ripcord cutter from Madison but James ain't done. James sent to the outside and Kaleb looks to get a slapback on the champ. Mickie dodges and he hits the post. Kaleb thrown into the steps! Madison comes running in, Mickie with a kick drops her. Rayne stands up and turns into a seated senton off the top for the pin!
Winner: Mickie James
HIT THE MUSIC! Mercedes Martinez is here and makes her presence known at Impact! She hits the ring and gets the mic. Mickie looks happy to see her. Martinez offers her respect to the champ but she's here to take her shot at the title. She won the Knockouts Knockdown Tournament and at Turning Point, she goes for it.
The IInspiration is wandering backstage and run into the Undead Bridesmaids. They offer Su and Kim a chance to fight Decay on their behalf next week. They cackle and walk off, leaving IInspiration completely confused.
Backstage interview with Cardona, Edwards & Alexander. Josh is furious at Moose. Edwards tries to talk Alexander down from his anger....but they ALL have issues with Moose.
Match 5: Madman Fulton (w/ Ace Austin) vs Chris Sabin
Sabin using his speed to stay out of Fulton's grasp. He eats a knee and tries a crucifix but Fulton powers out. Madman catches crossbody, Sabin fights out and grabs the long dreads of his opponent. Sabin whipped off but rana's Fulton to the outside. He tries a suicide dives but flying right into a chokeslam onto the apron. Back from commercial, Fulton is laying the beatdown. Fulton chokes Sabin from the buckles, throws him down and hits a flying clothesline from the second. Sabin gets snake eyed but he is able to bait Fulton to the outside, hit a kick and a triangle crossbody to the floor. Sabin with an enziguri. Kick out! He sets up the cradle shock but Fulton is still too strong for it. Sabin gets caught into a torture rack into a sitout face buster for two! Madman tries a sidewalk slam but Sabin slips out. Fulton gets caught up on the top rope and Sabin rolls him up for the three!
Winner: Chris Sabin
Ace Austin tries to run in for the beatdown but Sabin is out quick and celebrates on the ramp.
Main Event: Matt Cardona, Josh Alexander & Eddie Edwards vs Moose, W. Morrissey & Minoru Suzuki
Alexander really wants Moose but the champ tags in Suzuki. I'M not mad at it. Alexander and Suzuki comes right to blows, Alexander runs him into the wrong corner and Morrissey tags in to punish the ankle. Josh gets the tag to Edwards, Moose gets in and takes the fight to him. Moose thrown to the outside, Edwards with a suicide dive! Back from commercial, Cardona is working over Moose. Jumping clothesline to the champ but Suzuki traps him with an armbar over the rope. Cardona out and turns into a pounce. Suzuki in to tosture the shoulders and neck of Cardona. Morrissey in with the stomps and chokes on the second rope. Cardona tries to fight to his corner but Moose holds him back. Morrissey keeps him grounded with big punches. Suzuki gets into a strike battle and crumbles Cardona to the mat. Cardona gets to Eddie but the ref is distracted and misses the tag. Cardona finally created space with Codebreakers to Morrissey to Alexander. Moose is in trouble as Alexander slaps on an ankle lock and powers Moose over with mutiple Germans. Morrissey in but Josh slams him too. Morrissey with a backdrop but charges into an Edwards high kick and German. Edwards with a Blue Thunder to Morrissey for two! Suzuki and Josh trading shots in the center! Both teams square off in the center and it's a huge brawl now. Josh tries a C4 to Moose but Suzuki is in with a Gotch piledriver. Eddie Edwards trying to take out Suzuki but Morrissey takes his head off with a big boot. Big powerbomb to Edwards and W Morrissey gets the pin for his team!
Winners: Moose, W Morrissey & Minoru Suzuki!
