WWE NXT UK REPORT: HERITAGE CUP TITLE MATCH, RAJA VS COFFEY, AND MORE

We begin with comments from the participants in the Heritage Cup Championship Match.

Your announcers are Andy Shepherd and Nigel McGuinness.

Match Number One: Mark Coffey (with Wolfgang) versus Rohan Raja (with Teoman)

They lock up and Coffey pushes Raja. Coffey with a take down into a waist lock and a take down. Raja goes to the ropes and Coffey goes for an O’Connor roll but Raja blocks it. Coffey with an arm drag into an arm bar. Coffey with a hammer lock. Raja tries to reverse it but Coffey holds on. Raja goes to the ropes and ties Coffey in the ropes and he applies a chin lock. Raja kicks the rope.

Coffey with a side head lock and shouldrer tackle. Coffey blocks a hip toss but Raja with divorce court and kicks to Coffey. Raja with forearms. Coffey with a back drop. Raja with a kick and he sends Coffey shoulder first into the ring post. Wolfgang makes sure that Teoman does not get involved. Raja sends Coffey back into the ring.

Raja with a forearm and back elbow. Raja gets a near fall. Coffey with a forearm and European uppercut. Coffey with more forearms. Raja with a forearm to the arm. Coffey with an Irish whip but he misses a splash. Raja with a knee in the corner for a near fall. Raja with a top wrist lock. Coffey with a forearm and Raja fires back. They continue the exchange. Coffey with a clothesline and shoulder tackle. Coffey with a half nelson slam.

Coffey with a running European uppercut. Coffey with a bulldog off the turnbuckles for a near fall. Coffey goes for a back drop driver but Raja with an elbow. Raja with a sit out spinebuster for a near fall. Raja with a forearm and lungblower for a near fall. Raja misses knees in the corner and Coffey with a jumping round kick and a running European uppercut for the three count.

Winner: Mark Coffey

After the match, Wolfgang checks on Coffey while Teoman is not happy with Raja’s loss. Teoman says something to Raja and they attack Coffey and Wolfgang. Raja with a jumping flatliner to Woflgang and then Teoman and Raja attack Coffey and Wolfgang with kicks.

We see Trent Seven and Tyler Bate in the back as Tyler prepares for his match against Noam Dar.

Sid Scala mentions the teams of Oliver Carter and Ashton Smith, Jack Starz and Dave Mastiff, and Symbiosis. He says they all have issues with each other. We have seen tensions rising over the last few weeks. Sid says he has spoken to Johnny Saint. In two weeks, there will be a Triple Threat Match to determine the number one contenders for the Tag Titles.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Charlie Dempsey is asked about his match tonight against Danny Jones. Dempsey says he thinks the match will be great. Danny has trained in Japan and so has he.

Wolfgang and Mark Coffey show up and they ask Charlie if he has seen Teoman and he tells Charlie to tell him they are looking for him.

Match Number Two: Amale versus Myla Grace

They lock up and Amale with a waist lock take down. They lock up again and Grace with a waist lock but Amale with a back elbow. Amale with a side head lock. Grace with punches to the midsection and Grace with a rollup for a near fall. Grace with a La Magistral for a near fall. Grace with forearms and she runs into the corner and is met with boots from Amale. Amale with punches and forearms. Grace with a kick.

Amale with a forearm and an Irish whip that sends Grace face first into the middle turnbuckle. Amale with a swinging fisherman’s suplex for a near fall. Amale with a back elbow and she gets a near fall. Amale with a rear chin lock.

Blair Davenport makes her way to ringside to watch the match.

Grace with punches to try to get out of the hold. Grace with a snap mare and head scissors take down. Grace runs into boots but Grace puts Amale in the ropes and Grace with a Tiger Feint Kick to the midsection. Grace with a tornado DDT for a near fall.

Grace goes to the turnbuckles and she jumps over Amale and then gets a near fall with a rollup. Amale with a boot to the chest and Amale follows with Hope Breaker for the three count.

Winner: Amale

We see Noam Dar in the back with Sha Samuels, preparing for his match against Tyler Bate.

Aleah James is asked about her victory over Xia Brookside. Aleah says she is excited to get a win after a year in NXT UK.

Nina Samuels interrupts and takes over the interview. Nina says it takes a certain caliber of guest to appear on her show and she says Aleah does not measure up.

Aleah walks away.

We go to commercial.

We are back with Dani Luna and Flash Morgan Webster. Webster goes into Rampage Brown’s locker room and Brown tells Webster to be careful. Webster tries to slap Brown and Brown blocks it and he pushes Webster against the wall. Brown tells Webster is going to get himself hurt. If he wanted a match, all he had to do was ask.

Webster says ‘I got him’ and looks very distraught.

Match Number Three: Charlie Dempsey versus Danny Jones

They lock up and Dempsey with a take down but they hold on to the lock up. Dempsey with an ankle lock but Jones kicks Dempsey away. Dempsey with a cravate and he holds on as Jones tries to escape. Dempsey with a cravate suplex for a near fall. Jones with punches followed by a hip toss and European uppercuts. Dempsey with a European uppercut but Jones with a back fist.

Jones with a hammer lock using the leg and he applies a bow and arrow. Dempsey escapes and gets a near fall. Dempsey with a front face lock but Jones with a take down. Dempsey with a head lock when Jones goes for the leg. Dempsey with a double wrist lock and he connects with a knee lift. Jones with a forearm and he tries for an Irish whip but Dempsey reverses and bridges back to Irish whip Jones into the turnbuckles. Dempsey with a European uppercut and a gutwrench suplex for a near fall. Dempsey with more near falls. Dempsey backs Jones into the corner and hits a Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Dempsey with a rear chin lock. Jones with punches to escape but Dempsey with a side head lock. Jones with a belly-to-back suplex to escape. Dempsey with a head butt to the midsection and knee lift. Dempsey with a butterfly suplex and he floats over into a guillotine. Dempsey with another butterfly suplex and he floats over into a crossface chicken wing and Jones taps out.

Winner: Charlie Dempsey

We take a look at Meiko Satomura and Jinny. Jinny says Meiko Satomura has been wrestling for more than twenty years and she shows why she is the Final Boss. Twenty years is a long time. You become frail and slow. Satomura says that she is always evolving. She is getting tougher and stronger. Jinny says that Satomura did not ask her to stand up to her because she is dangerous. Meiko says she likes danger. Satomura says that Jinny is the Queen, but she is the Final Boss. Jinny says she will become the new Women’s Champion. Satomura tells Jinny to be prepared.

We go to commercial.

We are back with Isla Dawn and she shows her charms. She says that one more charm and she will be complete.

Match Number Four: Noam Dar (with Sha Samuels) versus Tyler Bate (with Trent Seven) for the Heritage Cup Championship

Round One

They jockey for position and they finally lock up and Dar with a take down and a waist lock. Bate with an ankle and Dar escapes. They lock up and Bate with a wrist lock. Dar with a reversal and he continues to work on the wrist.

Bate with a reversal and take down. Dar backs Bate into the ropes and Dar misses a kick. They lock up and Bate with a full nelson into a cravate. Dar stomps on the foot and takes Bate down with a side head lock. Bate backs Dar into the ropes and Dar pushes Bate and the round ends.

Round Two

They go to a Greco Roman knuckle lock and Bate with a single leg take down and he works on the ankle. Bate puts the legs in a figure four and then he adds pressure to the back. Dar is able to escape. Dar with a wrist lock into a top wrist lock and take down. Dar with a side head lock.

Dar with a shoulder tackle but Bate stays on his feet. Bate with a wrist lock and Dar with a knee to the midsection. Bate with a side head lock take down and Dar with a head scissors. Dar with a snap mare and he misses a kick. Bate with an arm drag and Bate falls over Dar and Dar spins Bate around but Bate gets Dar up for an airplane spin. Dar gets to his feet and both men with clotheslines and both are down. They lock up and the round ends.

Round Three

Dar goes for the leg and he gives Bate an arm wringer but Bate lands on his feet. Bate drops kicks Dar to the floor and Bate goes to the floor and Dar returns to the ring. Dar with a kick to trip Bate on the apron and Dar kicks Bate off the apron. Dar sends Bate into the ring steps and Dar hits a Nova Roller when they return to the ring for the three count.

Round Four

Dar with a forearm as the round starts and Dar stomps on the arm. Dar continues to work on the arm and then he stomps on the legs. Bate with punches and Dar with knees. Bate goes for an exploder but Dar blocks it. Bate kicks Dar and he goes to the turnbuckles for a corkscrew back elbow. Bate with a running European uppercut followed by an exploder. Bate goes for a shooting star press but Dar gets his knees up and gets a near fall with a rollup.

Bate with a rebound clothesline and then he goes for the Tyler Driver but Dar counters with a back drop. Bate floats over and hits the Tyler Driver 97 for the three count.

Round Five

Bate with a dragon screw leg whip and punches to Dar in the corner. Bate with more punches and he grabs the leg and misses a punch. Dar with knees and he sends Bate to the mat. Bate with a knee lift and he goes to the turnbuckles and Dar misses a kick. Dar with a dragon screw leg whip that pulls Bate off the ropes. Dar with a running forearm to the head and he gets a near fall. Bate kicks Dar away and punches Bate. Dar with a kick to the leg for a near fall.

Bate with an inside cradle for a near fall. Dar misses a back fist. Bate gets Dar up but Samuels gets on the apron and Dar rakes the eyes and Dar with a back elbow for a near fall. Dar sets for a Nova Roller but Bate covers up. Dar with a kick to the leg and Dar sets for a Tyler Driver. Bate escapes and appllies a knee bar. Bate and Dar exchange forearms as the round ends.

Round Six

Bate with a clothesline but Dar with kicks. Dar with a forearm and Bate with a back heel kick. Dar with an elbow and bate with an uppercut. Dar kicks Bate in the back of the leg. Dar goes up top and Bate with an uppercut to stop him. Bate goes up top and Bate hits a super exploder. Bate with a suicide dive. Bate sends Dar back in the ring. Bate returns to the ring and Dar rolls to the floor. Bate with a plancha onto Samuels and Dar.

They return to the ring. Bate sets for the Tyler Driver 97 but Dar counters with a rollup. Bate with a rolling kick. Bate with a forearm and Dar catches Bate off the ropes and applies a knee bar. Bate escapes and hits a dead lift German suplex. Sam Stoker and Lewis Howley make their way to ringside. Bate sees them on the floor and Dar with a rollup for a near fall. Dar with a knee bar and Howeley and Seven fight over the towel and the towel flies into the ring and the referee sees it and calls for the bell.

Winner: Noam Dar (new champion)
