Some notes from Game Changer Wrestling's Josh Barnett's Bloodsport 7, which took place tonight in Los Angeles at the Ukranian Culture Center and was covered expertly by our own Adam Cardoza:
*Music star Glen Danzig and WWE Hall of Famer Sean Waltman were in attendance at the show.
*The show sold out, even with some last minute seats added to try and accomodate the walk-up crowd.
*As of this writing, there were no known injuries for talents on the card.
*Production was handled by Dave Marquez Production with Marquez directing the PPV and Jon Roberts as the engineer.
*Giancarlo Dittamo was working as a producer.
*We have heard from some readers that the picture quality of the event was dark. Others told us they had no issues. We are told that whatever the issue may have been, it was not originating live at the building.
*There was a lot of praise for former WWE developmental talent Zeda Zhang, who debuted for Bloodsport and then did an angle with Marina Shafir to set up a future confrontation.
*There was also a lot of praise for Lenny Leonard and Rocky Romero's work together as the announce team.
*Titus Alexander from the Bay area independent scene was also at the show as were a number of talents booked for tomorrow's GCW War Ready event.
*MMA fighter turned pro wrestler Blake Troop, who just had his first pro wrestling bout at the recent UWN Primetime Live PPV, was at the event.
*GCW and Bloodsport's new sister promotion LA Fights will debut on Sunday, November 28th at 3PM Pacific. at Don Quixote on Olympic Blvd with the event streaming live on GCW's YouTube channel.
