For years, the narrative was Martha Hart hated wrestling but now she has a deal with AEW, so what changed?

The existence of AEW, for one.  Martha Hart never had an issue with professional wrestling.  She had an issue that Owen Hart died on WWE's watch and how the company handled that after the fact.  She wrote an entire book about it years ago.  Let's be honest here, if someone you loved died working for a company, there's no way you'd want to be associated with that company again.  Settlement or not, time passing or not, nothing heals that wound.

Before AEW existed, there was no outlet, on a major scale where she felt comfortable licensing Owen's likeness and using it as a way to benefit the Owen Hart Foundation, which is the entity (not Martha) that signed a deal with AEW.  The narrative that Martha hated and wanted nothing to do with wrestling and/or kept Owen's fans from being able to celebrate him is garbage, because she licensed his likeness and name to be used in Acclaim's Legends of Wrestling Showdown video game back in 2004:

I seem to remember a guy wrestling in WCW as the Minotaur? Have I lost my mind or am I mixing him up with Mantaur in WWE?

No, you  are thinking of Steve DiSalvo, who also worked as Steve Strong.  He did work some WCW television appeances in the early 1990s. He wasn't there for very long.

Hi you reported Ashante and Swerve were going to be a tag team but Top Dollar was in the tag team last night, so what gives?

Nothing gives.  I reported they were all going to be part of the same factor.  We are told WWE internally has Swerve and Adonis listed as a tag team on the Smackdown roster.  Top Dollar is listed for the singles roster.  They are all still going to be associated with each other, no different than Big E being associated with Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston for New Day or the Four Horsemen all being together in different incarnations.  I never said Top Dollar was being removed from the group.  Anyone who assumed he was never, ever going to team with the other members of Hit Row again off my reporting about the internal plans either needs better reading comprehension or needs to stop reading interpolated versions of what was actually reported.

One name we don't hear much about these days is Ole Anderson.  Any idea?  Could he pop up in AEW?

Anderson has been battling multiple sclerosis for some time, so he very rarely makes appearances and keeps to himself in Georgia.  I don't see him popping up in AEW or anywhere else except perhaps a signing if his health allows it.  I'd very much suggest reading his book Inside Out: How Corporate America Destroyed Professional Wrestling.

Will the Onita vs. Tremont event require masks?

I don't believe so, as it is outdoors, but I would check the Trenton Thunder Stadium website for their requirements.

Who was Arachniman and why did WCW stop the character?

Brad Armstrong and I am pretty sure a cease and desist order was smacked upon WCW quicker than you could say Doc Ock!
