We take a look at the Smackdown King of the Ring matches from last week.
Finn says the man who wears the crown should bring honor and respect to the ring. All Sami respects is the sound of his voice. I will achieve a goal bigger than becoming King of the Ring. I shut up Sami Zayn once and for all.
Sami Zayn says it is like out of a fairy tale. The man who has been beaten down, cast aside, and persecuted who is able to become king. King Sami Zayn sounds so good.
Match Number One: Sami Zayn versus Finn Balor in a King of the Ring Semi Final Match
They lock up and Balor with a hammer lock take down. Zayn with an elbow and kick to the midsection. Zayn with a chop. Zayn with a sunset flip but Balor rolls through, because like Rey Mysterio, you don't sunset flip Balor. Balor with a drop kick and arm drag into an arm bar. Zayn with a clothesline and he gets a near fall. Zayn chokes Balor in the ropes and he applies a reverse chin lock. Zayn with a knee and Balor sends Zayn over the top rope to the floor. Balor with a plancha as we go to commercial.
We are back and Zayn sends Balor into the turnbuckles. Balor with chops and kicks to counter Zayn's chops and kicks. Balor with a Pele Kick and both men are down. Zayn goes to the apron and Balor sends Zayn into the turnbuckles. Zayn drops Balor on the top rope. Zayn goes up top but Balor with a chop. Balor sets for a superplex but Zayn blocks it and Zayn with a head butt and he pushes Balor to the mat. Zayn comes off the turnbuckles and is met with a drop kick for a near fall. Balor goes for an elevated elbow drop but Zayn counters with a Blue Thunder Bomb for a near fall. Zayn with elbows to Balor and an exploder into the turnbuckles.
Zayn sets for a Helluva Kick but Balor goes to the apron and hits an enzuigiri. Balor goes up top and Zayn crotches Balor. Zayn with a rollup and his feet on the ropes but the referee sees it and stops the count. Balor with Slingblade and a drop kick that sends Zayn into the turnbuckles. Balor goes up top and sets for Coup de Grace but Zayn moves and Zayn with a rollup for a near fall. Balor with a rollup and a double stomp. Balor with a drop kick that sends Zayn into the turnbuckles. Balor with another drop kick and Zayn goes down. Balor goes up top and he hits the Coup de Grace for the three count.
Winner: Finn Balor (advances to face winner of Jinder Mahal versus Xavier Woods in the Finals)

Naomi says she is so happy. She gets to have her match on Smackdown. She is facing the person who kept her out of the ring. Sonya has taken my kindness and patience for a weakness and that is a fatal mistake.
Sonya Deville comes out and she is not dressed to wrestle. Sonya says she told Naomi not to walk out of her office before she was finished. Naomi has a match. It is Naomi versus her and Shayna Baszler.
Match Number Two: Naomi versus Sonya Deville and Shayna Baszler
Sonya slaps Naomi and then she goes to the floor. Naomi with a round kick to Shayna and then Naomi chases Sonya into the ring. Naomi with a drop toe hold to Shayna and Sonya with a running knee. Sonya punches Naomi while Shayna holds her. Sonya with more punches and Naomi kicks Sonya and she punches Shayna. Naomi with a springboard round kick. Sonya stops Naomi from going to the turnbuckles. Shayna with a Kirifuda Clutch on Naomi.
Naomi passes out and then Sonya with a Jericho cover for the three count.
Winners: Shayna Baszler and Sonya Deville
