NEW TITLE MATCH ANNOUNCED FOR WWE CROWN JEWEL PPV

WWE has announced WWE Smackdown Women's Champion Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair vs. Sasha Banks in a Triple Threat Match for the 10/21 WWE Crown Jewel 2021 PPV in Saudi Arabia.

The event, headlined by WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar with Paul Heyman in the middle of his charges, will be the first live event WWE has held in Saudi Arabia since February 2020, just before the COVID-19 pandemic manifested.

Others advertised for the event are Bobby Lashley, Big E, Mansoor, Cesaro, Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre.  Bill Goldberg vs. Bobby Lashley is currently slated for the PPV but has not been officially announced.

WWE has run five events thus far in Saudi Arabia as part of a ten year pact between the company and the Saudi General Sports Authority.

WWE is slated to hold a live Friday Night Smackdown on FOX on Friday 10/22 in Wichita, Kansas.  Wichita would be an 18 hour flight from Riyadh.
