By Mike Johnson on 2021-09-27 08:53:00

WWE will broadcast Crown Jewel on Thursday 10/21 from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at the The King Fahd Stadium at 12 PM EST on Peacock in the United States.

The event, headlined by WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar with Paul Heyman in the middle of his charges, will be the first live event WWE has held in Saudi Arabia since February 2020, just before the COVID-19 pandemic manifested.

Others featured in the promo for the event are Bobby Lashley, Big E, Mansoor, Cesaro, Bianca Belair, Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre.

WWE has run five events thus far in Saudi Arabia as part of a ten year pact between the company and the Saudi General Sports Authority.

WWE is slated to hold a live Friday Night Smackdown on FOX on Friday 10/22 in Wichita, Kansas.  Wichita would be an 18 hour flight from Riyadh.
