NJPW STRONG REPORT; WHITE VERSUS YUTA, NARITA VERSUS ROSSER, WHITE AND ISHII CONFRONTATION, AND MORE

We are in Los Angeles, California and your announcers are Shigeki Kiyono and Hiroshi Tanahashi (in Japanese) or Kevin Kelly and Alex Koslov (in English).

Match Number One: DKC and Kevin Knight versus Yuji Nagata and Yuya Uemura

Uemura and Knight start things off. Uemura with a take down and a neaer fall. Knight with a wrist lock and Uemura awith a reversal. Knight with a reversal and Uemura with another reversal. Uemura with a wrist lock. Uemura with an arm drag into an arm bar. Knight with forearms but Uemura with a take down. Knight with a shoulder tackle and he gets a near fall. Knight with a kick and forearms. Uemura with forearms and kick followed by a shoulder tackle. DKC and Nagata tag in. Nagata with a kick to the leg and DKC kicks Nagata in the leg. Nagata with a wrist lock and DKC with a punch and kick followed by a side head lock. DKC goes for a shoulder tackle and he cannot move Nagata. He tries again and fails again. DKC stomps on the foot and then takes down Nagata with a shoulder tackle.

DKC gets a near fall. DKC with forearms and chops. Nagata with a knee to the midsection. Nagata works on the shoulder. Nagata with a wrist lock and he works on the arm again. Nagata with an arm wringer but DKC with forearms. Nagata with a forearm. DKC with forearms and chops but Nagata with a forearm followed by a snap mare and kick to the back.

Uemura tags in and he punches DKC and they follow with a double shoulder tackle. Uemura knocks Knight off the apron and he slams DKC for a near fall. DKC with forearms but Uermura with a chop and Irish whip but he runs into an elbow. DKC with a missile drop kick.

Knight tags in and he knocks Nagata off the apron. Knight and Uemura with forearms and then Uemura with a European uppercut. Knight with a drop kick and a tilt-a-whirl back breaker. Knight with a sliding shoulder tackle for a near fall. Knight misses a splash and Uemura with a flying forearm. Nagata tags in and he kicks Knight in the chest. Nagata with an Irish whip and boot in the corner. Nagata with a butterfly suplex for a near fall. DKC breaks up the cover and he chops Nagata and hits a back fist. DKC with a drop kick to Nagata followed by a splash from Knight for a near fall.

Knight with a Boston Crab but Uemura with forearms to Knight to break up the hold.

DKC with forearms to Uemura. DKC with chops and forearms to Uemura. Nagata and Uemura reverse Irish whips and they send DKC into Knight. Uemura with a drop kick to DKC and Nagata with an enzuigiri to Knight. Nagata with an exploder for a near fall and then he applies a crossface and Knight taps out.

Winners: Yuji Nagata and Yuya Uemura

 

Match Number Two: Jay White versus Wheeler Yuta in a Non Title Match

White takes his time to lock up but White with a side head lock and take down. Yuta with a head scissors and White escapes. They lock up and White with a side head lock and take down. Yuta with a head scissors and White escapes. They lock up and White with a side head lock and take down and Yuta with a head scissors but White is not so quick to escape. White gets a near fall while still in the head scissors.

White gets to the ropes to force a break. Yuta with a hammer lock into a wrist lock take down. Yuta takes White to the mat a few more times as White tries to escape. White with a knee in the corner followed by a chop. White with a side head lock and Yuta with a waist lock and leap frog. White blocks a drop kick and then Yuta is able to hit a drop kick. Yuta works on the legs and then he applies a bow and arrow.

White rakes the eyes to escape. White with a back elbow. White with another back elbow. White gets a near fall. White with a knee to the midsection and a forearm to the back. White kicks Yuta in the corner and follows with a chop. White with more chops. White with a hard Irish whip and White with a bow and arrow. Yuta with a lateral press for a near fall.

White with another knee to the midsection and a hard Irish whip. White gets a near fall. White gets more near falls. White is frustrated that Yuta keeps kicking out. White kicks Yuta and Yuta chops White. Yuta with more chops. White sends Yuta into the corner but Yuta with chops. White with an Irish whip and he misses a forearm in the corner. Yuta with a springboard cross body. Yuta with an elbow and boot from the corner. Yuta with a cross body for a near fall.

Yuta goes for a back drop but White blocks it and sends Yuta to the mat. White tries for a slam but Yuta blocks it and hits a back drop driver for a near fall. Yuta with a waist lock and he tries for a German suplex but White blocks it. White with a leg sweep and Yuta gets a near fall with an inside cradle. Yuta with a rollup for a near fall. Yuta with another near fall with a rollup. Yuta with a reverse atomic drop followed by an enzuigiri and German suplex for a near fall. Yuta with an Indian Death Lock and White tries to get to the ropes but Yuta turns it into an STF. Yuta pulls White into the center of the ring but White with a head and arm suplex. White with Blade Runner for the three count.

Winner: Jay White

After the match, Jay White takes the mic.

White comments on a fan’s t-shirt. He tells Yuta that he put up a bit of a fight and he wants the crowd to give it up for Yuta.

White says he knows who you want to see. You don’t want to see Wheeler Yuta in the ring with me. He says he knows who you want to see me in the ring with me. Jay says the man you want to see me in the ring with is little Tommy Ishii. White tells Ishii to come to the ring.

Ishii makes his way to the ring.

White tells Ishii they can do this right here, right now . . . but we won’t.

White leaves the ring.

White asks Ishii if he has something to say and Ishii tells White “f*** you”

White gets back in the ring and he tells Ishii that his is his ring and you will never beat me again.

Ishii with a forearm to White and he goes for a brainbuster but White with a low blow. White picks up Ishii and hits Blade Runner.

White tells Ishii ‘F*** you’.

Match Number Three: Fred Rosser versus Ren Narita

They lock up and Rosser with a clean break. They lock up again and Narita with a clean break but he connects with a European uppercut and forearms. Rosser misses forearms and a boot but Narita with a shoulder tackle that sends Rosser off the ropes for a shoulder tackle. Rosser with a boot to Narita. Rosser sends Narita to the apron and Rosser follows and Rosser goes for the back drop driver onto the apron but Narita holds on to the ropes. Narita Irish whips Rosser into many guardrails. Rosser with a slam on the floor and Rosser with a seated splash.

Rosser returns to the ring to break the referee’s count and then Rosser hits a seated splash off the apron to the floor. Rosser hangs Narita over the edge of the apron and connects with a forearm and sends Narita into the apron. Rosser with a knee to the midsection.

They return to the floor and Rosser kicks Narita. Rosser with kicks and then he sends Narita back into the ring. Rosser with an elbow drop and then he applies a seated abdominal stretch. Narita gets to the ropes to force a break. Rosser with a chop and Narita with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Narita with a knee in the corner followed by a side Russian leg sweep. Narita stretches Rosser’s legs and connects with a forearm as Rosser gets tot he ropes to force a break. Narita with kicks to the leg and Rosser with an elbow.

Narita with kicks to the shoulder. Narita with a face lock suplex for a near fall. Narita with a figure four leg lock. Rosser tries to escape the hold but Narita holds on. Rosser and Narita slap each other and hten Narita adds more pressure but Rosser gets to the ropes to force a break. Narita chokes Rosser against the ropes. Narita kicks Rosser in the knee. Rosser goes to the floor and then he kicks Narita when he returns to the ring. Narita with a forearm and Irish whip followed by a clothesline. Rosser with a forearm and head butt. Narita with a kick but Rosser with knees and forearms.

Rosser with elbows in the corner followed by chops and clotheslines to the back of the head. Rosser puts Narita on the turnbuckles and connects with a head butt. Rosser with a Splash Mountain power bomb for a near fall. Rosser signals that it is over. Rosser gets Narita on his shoulders but Narita gets back to his feet and he applies a rear naked choke. Narita with an abdominal stretch. Rosser tries to get to the ropes and he finally succeeds. Rosser goes for the double knee gutbuster but Narita blocks it and applies a Cloverleaf. Narita rolls Rosser into the center of the ring when it appears that Rosser will force a break. Rosser is able to get to the ropes.

Narita with a Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Rosser with head butts. Rosser wit a kick to Narita and then he hits the double knee gutbuster followed by a drop kick for a near fall. Rosser with a clothesline to the back of the head followed by the chest and he altnerates until he hits a rolling elbow. Narita with forearms and a slap followed by a rollup for the three count.

Winner: Ren Narita

After the match, Rosser has some words for Narita and he offers his hand to Narita. Narita shakes Rosser’s hand. They bow to each other.
