WWE TO HELP REVIVE 'AMERICAN GLADIATORS'

Deadline.com is reporting that WWE is involved in a revival of American Gladiators with MGM, with the pitch being that WWE personalities would be involved, obviously in the Gladiator roles.

The show is currently being pitched.

There have been several iterations of American Gladiators, including a NBC revival co-hosted by Hulk Hogan.  Former WWF and AWA announcer Ken Resnick was the live host for the series when it toured in the early 1990s.
