Major League Wrestling and Vice TV are teaming up to present FIGHTLAND, a one hour special airing Thursday October 7 at 10pm ET on Vice TV.
The biggest fight in league history will headline the special as National Openweight Champion Alex Hammerstone challenges World Heavyweight Champion Jacob Fatu (with Josef Samael) in a title versus title superfight.
Additional bouts featured on the broadcast will be revealed in the days ahead.
“’MLW Fightland’ on Vice TV blows up the tired, old wrestling format. Everyone has played it safe in presenting wrestling the same way for 25 years,” Court Bauer, CEO and founder of Major League Wrestling, told TheWrap. “‘MLW Fightland’ offers viewers a transparent, unfiltered all access look into the smoke-filled arenas of wrestling. We will present big fights and big stories with investigative reports giving viewers a raw, inside look at the very real world of wrestling.”

Airing at 10pm, MLW: FIGHTLAND will follow a new episode of Vice TV's hit series, Dark Side of the Ring, which airs Thursdays at 9pm ET.
