GCW RETURNS TO LOS ANGELES TONIGHT: GRESHAM VS. SUZUKI, DEPPEN VS. RON FUNCHES AND MORE ON FITE.TV

Game Changer Wrestling, which has been on quite the sellout stream of late with turnaway crowds in Chicago as well as a forthcoming sellout in New York City and a sold out show tonight in Los Angeles, will present Highest in the Room live on FITE.TV tonight.

The show has gotten some mainstream attention due to the involvement of comedian and huge wrestling fan Ron Funches, who will make his pro wrestling debut taking on Tony Deppen tonight.  After an angle in Chicago where Deppen attacked Funches for speaking poorly about him on commentary that led to Funches challenging him, the comedian has discussed the match on The Late Late Show with James Corden on NBC and just last night, was confronted by Deppen while performing his stand-up act:

Beyond that match, New Japan Pro Wrestling's Minoru Suzuki will face ROH's Jonathan Gresham for the first time anywhere in what has to be considered a pure wrestling fan's dream match.

Also slated for the show:

*Chris Dickinson vs. MLW's Jacob Fatu.

*Effy vs 2 Cold Scorpio.

*Atticus Cogar vs Ninja Mack.

*Alex Zayne vs Jordan Oliver.

*Second Gear Crew vs. Starboy Charlie & Nick Wayne & Riley

There will be additional matches on the show as well.

GCW has two shows next week in Queens, NY with all roads leading to GCW Champion Jon Moxley vs. Nick Gage on 10/9 in Atlantic City, NJ.
