New Japan Pro Wrestling
New Japan Pro Wrestling has announced Will Ospreay will appear at its Battle in the Valley show on November 13 in San Jose, California.
Due to scheduling conflicts, All Elite Wrestling superstar Jon Moxley will no longer appear at the show.
Other stars confirmed to appear include “Filthy” Tom Lawlor, Brody King, David Finlay, Fred Rosser, Hikuleo, Jay White, Juice Robinson, Tomohiro Ishii and Ren Narita.
DDT Pro-Wrestling
DDT Pro-Wrestling has announced Minoru Fujita will miss its show on September 18 in Yokohama due to being deemed in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19.
Takumi Tsukamoto will take his place teaming with Yasu Urano against Daisuke Sasaki and Soma Takao.
DDT has also announced two new matches for its show on October 17 in Osaka produced by referee Yukinori Matsui.
Konosuke Takeshita and Yuki Ueno will face Naomi Yoshimura and Shigehiro Irie, while Chris Brookes and Masahiro Takahashi will face two undetermined opoonents.
Pro Wrestling ZERO1
Pro Wrestling ZERO1 has announced Yumehito Imanari will challenge Fuminori Abe for the ZERO1 International Junior Heavyweight Championship and ZERO1 World Junior Heavyweight Championship at its show on September 19 in Korakuen Hall.
Shinjiro Otani was originally scheduled to challenge Abe for the titles, but he has fractured both bones in his left forearm and will need to undergo surgery. The match, now against Imanari, will be Abe’s first defense of both titles.
Imanari was scheduled to team with Aja Kong, Andy Wu, Ren Ayabe against Hide Kubota, Masato Tanaka, Takuya Sugawara and Yasu Kubota. Tatsuya Hanami will take his place.
Pro Wrestling NOAH
Pro Wrestling NOAH will hold a show tomorrow in Kawasaki.
The full card is:
• Junta Miyawaki vs. Yasutaka Yano
• Kai Fujimura and Kinya Okada vs. Mohammed Yone and Shuhei Taniguchi
• Atsushi Kotoge and Hajime Ohara vs. NOSAWA Rongai and YO-HEY
