New Japan Pro Wrestling

Jon Moxley defeated New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Satoshi Kojima last night at All Elite Wrestling’s All Out pay-per-view last night in the NOW Arena.

After the match, however, New Japan’s Minoru Suzuki made a surprise appearance. Moxley and Suzuki exchanged blows until a signature piledriver from Suzuki left Moxley laying in a heap.

Suzuki will face Moxley on AEW’s weekly Dynamite show on Wednesday, September 8. New Japan fans will remember Moxley and Suzuki’s fantastic match at The New Beginning In Osaka last February.

New Japan has uploaded a new interview with IWGP World Heavyweight Championship holder Shingo Takagi after his second successful defense of the title against EVIL at the third Wrestle Grand Slam show yesterday in the MetLife Dome and ahead of the G1 Climax.

Topics discussed include his reaction to facing Kota Ibushi and Tetsuya Naito in A block, who he would like to face from B block in the tournament final and his thoughts on Will Ospreay. The full interview can be read here.
