WWE applied to trademark 'Von Wagoner' for "G & S: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment."

RUSH along with Pro Wrestling Evolution applied to trademark 'Dralistico' for "G & S: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer."  this could be the new ring name for his brother Mistico, who just recently left CMLL. 

Danhausen applied to trademark 'Very Nice Very Evil' for:

-G & S: Hats; Shirts; Socks; Bandanas; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts. 

-G & S: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes.
