This appears to be the new logo and theme.
PWInsider.com broke on 8/4 that the brand would be undergoing a number of changes, including a new logo, new lighting, a focus on younger talents and a different format to the TV shows. WWE President Nick Khan confirmed last weekend that the changes would be coming over the next several weeks.
