NEW JAPAN ANNOUNCES SUMMER STRUGGLE LINEUPS, NEW YOUNG LIONS TO DEBUT, AJPW, ZERO1 AND MORE FROM JAPAN

New Japan Pro Wrestling has announced the full cards for its Summer Struggle tour shows on August 24, 25, 26 and 27 in Korakuen Hall.

The full cards are:

August 24 in Korakuen Hall
• Kosei Fujita vs. Ryohei Oiwa
• Master Wato and Satoshi Kojima vs. Tiger Mask and Tomoaki Honma
• Chase Owens and Jado vs. Ryusuke Taguchi and Toru Yano
• Great-O-Khan and Jeff Cobb vs. Hiroyoshi Tenzan and Kazuchika Okada
• DOUKI, Taichi and Zack Sabre Jr. vs. Hirooki Goto, Robbie Eagles and YOSHI-HASHI

New Japan’s newest rookies Kosei Fujita and Ryohei Oiwa will debut against each other on tomorrow’s show.

Fujita, 19, and Oiwa, 22, passed New Japan’s tryout last December and joined the dojo in April. They both have amateur wrestling experience.

DDT Pro-Wrestling

DDT Pro-Wrestling has announced the full card for its show on August 29 in Sendai.

The full card is:

• Danshoku Dieno, Kazuki Hirata and Yuki Iino vs. Hiroshi Yamato, Soma Takao and Yuji Hino
• Antonio Honda and Shunma Katsumata vs. Naomi Yoshimura and Toru Owashi
• Akito and Yuna Manase vs. Hideki Okatani and Saki Akai
• El Unicorn vs. Ilusion
• Daisuke Sasaki, Mad Paulie and Tetsuya Endo vs. Jun Akiyama, Mizuki Watase and Yusuke Okada
• Chihiro Hashimoto and HARASHIMA vs. Yukio Naya and Yukio Sakaguchi
• Chris Brookes, Kazusada Higuchi and Keigo Nakamura vs. Konosuke Takeshita, MAO and Yuki Ueno

DDT will hold a one-night, four-team tournament at its show on September 4 in Nagoya. The losers of each match will advance to the next stages and the team which loses the final will be forced to disband the stable it represents.

The stables competing in the tournament are:

• DAMNATION: Daisuke Sasaki, Soma Takao, Tetsuya Endo and Yuji Hino
• DISASTER BOX: HARASHIMA, Kazuki Hirata, Naomi Yoshimura and Toru Owashi
• Junretsu: Hideki Okatani, Jun Akiyama, Mizuki Watase and Yusuke Okada
• The37KAMIINA: Konosuke Takeshita, MAO, Shunma Katsumata and Yuki Ueno

Konosuke Takeshita and Shunma Katsumata will attempt their second defense of the KO-D Tag Team Championships against Danshoku Dieno and Yuki Iino at DDT’s show on September 12 in Fukuoka. Though, the titles will be vacated if The37KAMIINA are forced to disband by losing the one-day tournament on September 4.

Masahiro Takanashi will return to DDT at the company’s show on September 26 in Korakuen Hall. He will team with Dieno and Toru Owashi against Antonio Honda, Saki Akai and Yukio Sakaguchi.

All Japan Pro Wrestling will hold a show tomorrow in Shin-Kiba 1st Ring.

The full card is:

• Ryoma Tsukamoto vs. Yoshitatsu
• Hokuto Omori and TAJIRI vs. Jun Saito and Rei Saito
