NEW CHAMPS HAVE FIRST TITLE DEFENSES, FINN TEAMS WITH THE MYSTERIOS: 8/22 WWE SUPERSHOW RESULTS FROM DENVER, COLORADO

I attended WWE's return to the Ball Arena tonight in Denver, Colorado.

The main event was Rey and Dominik Mysterio teaming with Finn Balor, but losing to WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and The Usos.  Roman pinned Rey.  They all beat down the heroes but Balor made a comeback and ran everyone off after hitting Roman with his finishers.

Other results of the show saw:

*WWE Champion Bobby Lashley pinned Xavier Woods with a spear.  No Kofi Kingston.

*WWE Raw Women's Champion Charlotte Flair defeated Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley in a Triple Threat.

*WWE Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura pinned Apollo Crews with the Kinshasa.

*WWE United States Champion Damian Priest won his first title defense, pinning Sheamis with the Reckoning.

*WWE Raw Tag Team Champions RK Bro defeated AJ Styles and Omos in their first title defense.

*Drew McIntyre won a Street Fight beating Jinder Mahal.

*Bianca Belair defeated Zelina Vega and Carmella in a Triple Threat Match.  No Becky Lynch.
