THE RETURN OF HIROMU, FREEDOMS IN OSAKA AND MORE FROM JAPAN

Hiromu Takahashi is set to make his in-ring return at New Japan Pro Wrestling’s final Summer Struggle tour show on August 27 in Korakuen Hall.

Takahashi has been out of action since February due to a left pectoral injury. He challenged DOUKI to a singles match on a live stream which aired on YouTube. DOUKI accepted the challenge on Twitter.

Pro Wrestling FREEDOMS held a show today in Osaka.

The full results were:

• GENTARO, Idea and Rekka def. Brahman Kei, Brahman Shu and Dyna Mido
• Kengo, Kenshin Chikano and Yuya Susumu def. Gurukun Mask, Takahiro Katori and Takashi Sasaki
• Hardcore: GUNSO and Naoki Tanizaki def. Kenji Fukimoto and Minoru Fujita
• Mammoth Sasaki and Shigehiro Irie def. Tomoya Hirata and Toru Sugiura
• Deathmatch: Toshiyuki Sakuda and Violento Jack def. Jun Kasai and Kamui
• Deathmatch: Masashi Takeda def. Daisuke Masaoka

Dragon Libre, who was scheduled to team with Takahiro Katori and Takashi Sasaki against Kengo, Kenshin Chikano and Yuya Susumu in the second match, missed the show due to family circumstances. He was replaced by Gurukun Mask.

Dragon Gate held its ninth The Gate of Adventure 2021 tour show today in Himeji Miyacoco Minato Dome.
