WWE ANNOUNCES CROWN JEWEL 2021 PPV IN SAUDI ARABIA

During tonight's WWE Summerslam broadcast, WWE officially announced they would return to Saudi Arabia this October for the 2021 Crown Jewel PPV.

While the date was not officially announced WWE will present the 2021 Crown Jewel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Thursday 10/21.

WWE last ran Saudi Arabia in February 2020, just before the COVID-19 pandemic manifested.

WWE has run five events thus far in Saudi Arabia as part of a ten year deal between the company and the Saudi General Sports Authority.

WWE is scheduled to hold a live Friday Night Smackdown on FOX on Friday 10/22 in Wichita, Kansas.  Wichita would be an 18 hour flight from Riyadh.
