8/13 STARDOM 5 STAR GRAND PRIX 2021 DAY SIX RESULTS FROM TOKYO, JAPAN

STARDOM “ 5-STAR Grand Prix 2021” Tournament (Day 6) results from Tokyo, Japan at Korakuen Hall on 8/13/21:

Momo Watanabe will be of action all weekend due back and hip issues. The Red Block Match with her vs. Saki Kashima that was scheduled for today will now take place on 8/28 in Nagoya. The cards over the next few days will be rearranged a little because of her absence. 

Mina Shirakawa won a 4-Way Match over Syuri, Hanan, and Lady C by pinning Lady C in 4:32.

Utami Hayashishita, AZM, and Hina beat Saki Kashima, Ruaka, and Rina when AZM pinned Kashima with the Azumi Sushi in 8:53.

Future of STARDOM Champion Unagi Sayaka beat Mai Sakurai by submission in 8:53. This was the first defense for Sayaka. After the match, Sakurai asked to join Cosmic Angels. Shirakawa and Tam Nakano agreed to have her as a member while Sayaka was cold about the idea.

Starlight Kid pinned Fukigen Death after the moonsault in a Red Block Match for 2 points in 5:19. Kid has 5 points now in the tournament. Death has 0 points.

Saya Kamitani pinned Konami after a Frankensteiner in a Blue Block Match for 2 points in 11:05. Kamitani has 4 points. Konami has 2 points so far.

Tam Nakano pinned Maika in a Blue Block Match in 7:37. Nakano and Maika are now tied with 6 points each in the block.

They announced STARDOM will have dark matches at New Japan Pro Wrestling’s “Wrestle Grand Slam” events in Saitama at MetLife Dome on 9/4 and 9/5 but no names were given yet.

Mayu Iwatani pinned NatsuPoi with a Dragon Suplex in a Red Block Match in 10:09. Iwatani has 4 points. NatsuPoi has 3 points.

Giulia pinned Koguma with the Northern Lights Bomb in 14:31 of a Red Block Match for 2 points. Giulia has 4 points. Koguma has 2 points.
