IMPACT DEBUT, FIRST MATCHES OFFICIAL FOR IMPACT WRESTLING EMERGENCE PPV, NEW MEMBER OF BULLET CLUB

Savannah Evans, a star from the Carolinas made her official Impact Wrestling debut tonight, attacking and destroying Kiera Hogan.  Evans, who was originally trained by George South, will be Tasha Steelz's partner going forward.  Hogan is leaving the promotion as she wants to test out the open market.  We interviewed Evans a few months back for Elite subscribers, who can click here to listen.

Impact also began setting up matches for the 8/20 Emergence PPV.  Jake Something will challenge Josh Alexander for the X-Division title after winning a number one contender's bout tonight.

Early on during tonight's edition of Impact Wrestling on AXS, Violent by Design announced they were enacting their rematch clause and would be challenging Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers at the PPV.  Instead, they were later informed by Scott D'Amore that they would competing in a Three-Way with Rich Swann and Willie Mack as they held a victory over VBD.

Impact's next TV tapings in Nashville will be 8/15-8/17.  If anyone plans to attend, we are seeking spoiler results.

Announced for next week's Impact on AXS:

*Number One Contender's Battle Royal for Impact Championship bout at Emergence.

*X-Division Champion Josh Alexander vs. Daivari.

*FinJuice vs. Chris Bey & Jay White.

*Taylor Wilde vs. Tenille Dashwood.

Next week's Impact in 60 will feature The Best of Josh Alexander.

AXS TV will air the 2019 Homecoming PPV at 3 PM EST next Thursday.  That event featured:

*Impact Wrestling Champion Johnny Impact vs. Brian Cage.

*Impact Wrestling Knockouts Champion Tessa Blanchard vs. Taya Valkyrie with Gail Kim as the special guest referee.

*Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champions LAX vs. Pentagon Jr. & Rey Fenix.

*Ultimate X to crown new X-Division Champion: Jake Crist vs. Ethan Page vs. Rich Swann vs. Trey Miguel.

*Eddie Edwards vs. Moose – Falls Count Anywhere.

*Su Yung & Allie vs. Kiera Hogan & Jordynne Grace.

*Eli Drake vs. Abyss – Monster’s Ball Match.

*Sami Callihan vs. Willie Mack.

Chris Bey was also named the newest member of Bullet Club, officially, after Bey defeated Juice Robinson.
