DOES EA REALLY DESERVE ALL THE HATE IT'S GETTING SO FAR?

Many corporate-first and consumer-last corporations have been backing EA up while overlooking all the complaints leveled by the consumers against the company. EA definitely has given us some great video-game franchises like NFS and Battlefield (with latest being NFS HP Remastered and Battlefield V but does that really counter all the hate that the company has been facing and for valid reasons. Here are a few very simple reasons why gamers are hating EA so much.

FORCING the Multiplayer

EA has been trying to force multiplayer into its games for a bigger appeal. Single player story games are being brimmed up with co-op modes that make no sense at all. Games like Dead Space 3 Ultimate Edition and Mass Effect 3 Omega could have been so much better if the company should have just focused on giving some depth and intensity to the single player story instead of piling up multiplayer features that ruined these games.

Another reason why gamers hate EA is because of its overblown marketing. Just because you are one of the major publishers doesn’t mean you have to spend like there is no tomorrow. EA always tries to hype up even the most mediocre games to an extent where they end up spending more while marketing the game than in the development of the game itself. 

Personally, I am more upset about EA trying to turn the only true sport game franchise FIFA into a money making machine. It used to be one of the reasons why I loved and respected EA so much. However, it all comes down to personal preference as many love to buy FIFA 21 cd key where you can possibly save more money rather than buying the game from the official store itself.

The ORIGIN

Another massive mishap is the Origin as whole, I really don’t see one single positive thing about origin. EA has just increased all the hassle to play a video game that could have been way simpler, easier and smoother which is creating so much rage in the gamers.  The two-year entitlement clause that was introduced by EA also infuriated the gamers to new heights which later resulted in EA apologizing and saying that the clause was there by mistake. 

EA has been promising so much yet they have been constantly making anti-consumer and terrible decisions one after the other. EA has a long history of eating up great developers, trying to cash out of them and fill up their coffers. EA has ruined so many of our favorite games just because all they care about is making money and nothing else at all.

Last few games that I have played from EA were so full of bugs and glitches, the story actually had no depth and the optimization was so rubbish, graphics no better than Mario requiring a 10 grand workstation, that is more than just annoying. Gamers all around the world hate EA nowadays and all the above mentioned reasons are just a few out of a million others that gamers can name and tell you about. I hope EA restores back to what it was once but that is only gonna happen if they worry about their games more than they worry about all the cash!
