Even though there isn’t really any logical connection between gambling and the UFC, it’s safe to say that the two are very much connected. Of course, they both come with a certain degree of thrill and risk, but they are also very connected with the audience as well. Dana White

Dana White is known for being the president of the UFC organisation but he’s also a very big blackjack and poker player. He has played in some high-stakes games, and he also has a lot of money to spare. That’s not all though. Dana White is notoriously good at playing poker. You need to be a strategist if you want to win games such as this. In fact, some casinos have even started to make customised rules for when Dana is in the house because they found that he was making so much money.

Lex Veldhuis

This fighter became famous when he had a staged fight with Grospellier in Marbella. Veldhuis is part of the Pro Poker Team and he also likes to stream poker tournaments when he is at home. Even though he might well be a celebrity when it comes to mixed martial arts, it’s safe to say that he is a celebrity in the world of poker too. In the year 2020, he won thousands from a tournament and he also managed to score 15th place in the SCOOP event. He has been a fan of poker for quite some time now, but it is only in the last decade or so that he has read up and learned how to play poker professionally.

Grospellier

Grospellier is also a very well-known poker player. He’s also an MMA fighter. He’s part of the Pro Team online for Pokerstars and he has also won many different tournaments in the past. He is known as being an eSports player too, with a huge following online. His love of gaming is what has helped him to reach new heights when it comes to his poker abilities and on top of this, he is always doing whatever he can to try and win big by taking calculated risks. He’s got his sights on even more tournaments in the future, which will help him to cement his legacy even further.

Terrence Chan

Terrence Chan was actually once an employee at a casino. He has managed to come away with over $1 million by simply playing poker. He is also a member of the UFC. He managed to win two different SCOOP bracelets at the very same time, which is remarkable to say the least. Even with all of his fighting experience, he has never given up on his true passion which is poker and he has formally stated that he would like to pursue even more tournaments and championships in the future.
