WWE DECLARES DIVIDEND, SOME TOP EXECS DON'T WAIT FOR IT AND SELL SHARES

WWE issued the following: 

STAMFORD, Conn., July 22, 2021 – WWE (NYSE: WWE) announced that its Board of Directors today declared the Company’s regular quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share for all Class A and B shares of common stock. The record date for the dividend will be September 15, 2021 and the payment date will be September 27, 2021.

WWE also issued several SEC filings stating a number of WWE executives have sold WWE stock at $48.68 per share. 

Vince McMahon - 17465 shares

Kristina Salen - 1233 shares

Stephanie Levesque - 4410 shares

Paul Levesque - 4547 shares

Nick Khan - 1098 shares

Kevin Dunn - 14404 shares

Bradley Blum - 3558 shares
