TRADEMARK FILED FOR ECW'S MARQUEE EVENT...AND NOT BY WWE

On 7/15, Minnesota's Freedom Pro Wrestling applied to trademark the title of another ECW event, November to Remember for "Entertainment in the nature of live performances by professional and amateur wrestlers and sports entertainers; Entertainment services in the nature of development, creation, production, distribution, and post-production of wrestling and sports entertainment events; Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer."

They also applied to trademark '3 Stages of Hell' for the same purpose as above.   That is a match title that has been utilized in the past by WWE.
