New Japan Pro Wrestling held its first Summer Struggle 2021 tour show today in New Aomori Prefecture Sports Park Maeda.

The full results were:

• Dick Togo, EVIL and Yujiro Takahashi def. Tomohiro Ishii, YOH and Yota Tsuji
• Hiroshi Tanahashi, Master Wato, Rocky Romero and Ryusuke Taguchi def. El Phantasmo, Gedo, KENTA and Taiji Ishimori
• Great-O-Khan and Jeff Cobb def. Kazuchika Okada and SHO
• BUSHI, SANADA, Shingo Takagi and Tetsuya Naito def. DOUKI, El Desperado, Taichi and Zack Sabre Jr.

New Japan will hold its second Summer Struggle tour show tomorrow in Nices Arena. The full card is:

• El Desperado vs. Yota Tsuji

All Japan Pro Wrestling held a show today in Shin-Kiba 1st Ring.

The full results were:

• Dan Tamura Hikaru Sato def. Jun Saito and Rei Saito
• Koji Iwamoto and Takao Omori def. Chikara and Yoshitatsu
• Zeus def. Ryuki Honda
• Izanagi, SUGI and Yusuke Kodama def. Atsuki Aoyagi, Francesco Akira and Rising HAYATO
• Kento Miyahara and Yuma Aoyagi def. Hokuto Omori and Kuma Arashi
• Shotaro Ashino and SUWAMA def. Jake Lee and Koji Doi

Yuma Aoyagi pinned Hokuto Omori to win the fifth match, but Omori hit Aoyagi with a low blow afterwards and stole Aoyagi’s half of the World Tag Team Championships.

In the main event, Shotaro Ashino defeated Jake Lee by submission and once again challenged him for the Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship. Ashino also promised that SUWAMA would be his first challenger for the title if he was victorious against Lee.

Ashino was previously scheduled to face Shuji Ishikawa in a match to determine Lee’s first challenger for the title at All Japan’s show on July 11 in EDION Arena Osaka #2, with the winner challenging Lee on July 22 in Korakuen Hall, but the bout was cancelled after Ishikawa tested positive for COVID-19.

Big Japan Pro Wrestling held its fourth Hokkaido tour show today.

Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling Explosion has announced Devil Magician, Maku Donaruto, Momoka Hanazono, Raito Shimizu, SAKI, Tetsuya Goto, Yosuke Takii and Yuko Sakurai will compete at its BURNOUT show on August 15 in Osaka.
