Maclin vs. Suicide
This will be the biggest "name" Maclin has wrestled in Impact Wrestling to date.
They locked up with Maclin using a side headlock takedown, grinding away at Suicide. He controlled the momentum until Suicide countered and they went back and forth trying to work over the other's arm. Suicide nailed a leapfrog and hit a series of deep armdrags before cinching in an armbar.
Maclin broke free but missed a clothesline and was drilled with a dropkick for a two count. Suicide went for a move but was caught and planted on the turnbuckles. He kicked Maclin off and sent him into the ropes but was caught with his head down as Maclin rebounded. Suicide was drilled with a knee and a DDT. Maclin began drilling him across the back with knee strikes.
Maclin worked him over in the corner with kicks and punches. He nailed an Olympic Slam and covered Suicide for a two count. Suicide battled from underneath and locked on an Octopus, trying to force a submission. Maclin broke free and caught Suicide with a back suplex. He began stomping away in the corner. Maclin placed him across the top turnbuckle and hung Suicide from the tree of woe. He began jawing at Suicide then nailed a shoulderblock in the corner.
Maclin dragged him to the center of the ring and scored another two count. Maclin sent him into the corner. He went for a lariat but Suicide ducked and rolled out of the corner. He hung in the ropes to face out Maclin, who landed on the floor. Suicide hit a dive to the floor. He tossed Maclin back into the ring and nailed a head scissors off the top. He nailed several shotgun dropkicks into the corner, scoring a two count. Suicide followed up with several chops in the corner and nailed a Yakuza kick to the face.
Maclin fired out and clobbered him with a big lariat, then drilled him over and over with elbow strikes to the face. Maclin lifted him into the drop down shoulderbreaker, which looks really evil, and scored the pin.
Your winner, Maclin!
Solid bout as they continue to build Maclin.
