NEW NWA NATIONAL CHAMPION CROWNED & MORE: NWA POWERRR TV REPORT

Dokken welcomes us as only they can.  We've got 2 big title matches scheduled as Joe Galli, Tim Storm and Velvet Sky have tonight's call.

NWA TV Title: Da Pope (NWA TV Champion) vs. Sal Rinauro

Sal is favoring his shoulder after last week's attack.  Pope is taking his time as the Code of Honor is adhered to.  Lockup, Pope tosses him down.  Arm twist by Pope, Sal reverses. Pope escapes and kicks out and applies a side headlock.  Sal counters with an arm twist but Pope biels him down.  Headlock by Pope into a shoulderblock.  Sal's shoulder is useless as he gets shoulderblocked again.  Hip toss by Pope, he nails a fist drop.  Suplex by Pope into a belly to back.  Sal avoids a charge and hits a dropkick.  STO by Pope for 2. 

Three minutes remain on the 6:05 limit.

Sal with a superkick after escaping a suplex attempt for 2.  Pope with a neckbreaker and it's time for school.  Pope nails the Elijah Express for the pin.

WINNER AND STILL NWA TV CHAMPION: Da Pope

Here comes Tyrus, Austin Idol, Jordan Clearwater and Black Jeez.  Threats are exchanged as we go to commercial.  Pope is 1 title defense away from qualifying for an NWA World Title Match.

The Champions Series William Corgan spoke of last week starts July 27th.

Austin Idol and company are with Kyle Davis.  Idol vows Pope won't make it to Lucky 7.  Tyrus guarantees it.  Idol maintains Pope hasn't beaten anyone of note.  Idol has an announcement: Pope's 7th Title defense will be against Tyrus.  Joe Galli confirms the news.  

Thunder Rosa and Skye Blue vs. Serena Deeb & Kylie Rae.

Deeb and Rosa kick things off by going face to face.  Deeb tags in Rae and they lockup.  Arm drag by Rosa, Rae hits one of her own.  Hammerlock by Rosa into a dragon sleeper.  Rae turns it over.  Standing switch takedown by Rosa, they jockey for front facelocks.  Rollup by Rae for 2 but Rosa applies a crossface.  Skye tags in and gets an arn twist and a snap mare.  Sky misses a knee strike and Rae with a rollup for 2.  Blue blocks a backslide and hits a sunset for 2.  Kneelift by Rae, Deeb tags in and nails a pair of uppercuts.  

The announcers are putting over NWA Empowerrr, the all women's PPV in August.  Deeb with an abdominal stretch and smothers her face. Rae tags in and kicks Blue.  Blue escapes a belly to back and tags Rosa, who nails Rae with a clothesline and a double knee.  Snap mare and a kick by Rosa.  Deeb distraxts Rosa and rakes her eyes before nailing a neckbreaker.  Rae covers her for 2.  Blue tags in and eats a superkick. Rae applies a crossface and Blue taps out.  Rosa and Deeb fight to the back.

WINNERS: Serena Deeb and Kylie Rae

Kyle Davis is with the War Kings.  Jax Dane has something to say.  He doesn't want Crimson to get angry and to trust him.  Here comes Slice Boogie and Dane separates them. Dane has apparently chosen Boogie to be his new partner.

JR Kratos is with May Valentine.  Things seem to be getting better with Aron Stevens because winning is what matters.  Kratos says that Stevens has sort of earne dhis respect.

Luke Hawx, PJ Hawx and El Rudo vs La Rebellion & Homicide

WOW!  Homicide has returned to the NWA.  Lucha rules apply here.  PJ and Mecha Wolf kick things off.  Luke with a takedown and an amatuer ride.  Bestia 666 tags in and applies a hammerlock and scores the takedown.  PJ escapes and hits a double leg for the takedown.  Here comes Homicide and he clubs PJ with forearms.  La Rebellion take Luke and Rudo out and triple team PJ.  Triple superkick.  Rudo claims the ring and hits a powerbomb on Mechawolf. He cleans hose and scores a 2 count.  GTS by Mechawolf and Bestia nails Rudo with a running knee. Rudo rolls out and Luke claims the ring.  Father and son with a double backbreaker on Bestia and PJ with a dive off the top to outside.  Homicide claims the ring, as does El Rudo.  Rudo with a michinoku driver.  Mecha hits a uranage on PJ onto Rudo and scores a 2 count.  Fast paced actionHomicide and Luke are legal until Homicide dives off to nail PJ.  La Rebellion nail the Muscle Buster/450 splash on Luke for the pin.

WINNERS: La Rebellion and Homicide

Homicide and La Rebellion seem to have formed an alliance.

Finals for the vacant NWA National Championship: JTG vs. Chris Adonis

No one is at ringside as of yet for either man. Lockup, Adonis goes into a wrist lock, JTG escapes and hits an arm bar of his own. Adonis with a hammerlock but JTG trips him and applies a front facelock. Adonis forces the action into the corner.  Adonis with a kick to the gut.  Adonis with chops but JTG fires back with a right hand.  Facedrop by JTG for a 2 count.  Shoulder blocks in the corner by JTG, he rakes Adonis' face on the top rope.  Adonis with a side slam. Adonis with kicks.  Adonis with a double underhook for 2.  Adonis drives the knee into the back and targets the neck.  JTG with an elbow but Adonis with an eye rake.  Snap mare by Adonis and locks in a chinlock.  JTG powers out and hits a sunset flip for 1.  Adonis with a clothesline. 

Chops by Adonis, he poses for the crowd.  JTG fires back.  Adonis stomps the back.  Big clothesline by JTG, both men are down. Back elbow by JTG and JTG is feeling it.  Neckbreaker for 2 by JTG.  JTG attacks the midsection but Adonis with the Masterlock.  He's got it cinched in but JTG breaks it. Adonis forearms the back and reapplies the masterlock.  JTG is just about out.  Fred Rosser comes out and throws in the towel on JTG's behalf.

WINNER AND NEW NWA NATIONAL CHAMPION: Chris Adonis

Murdoch gets in Rosser's face telling him JTG deserved to lose on his own. Murdoch is not accepting Rosser's explanation.
