DDT Pro-Wrestling held a show today in Korakuen Hall.

• King of DDT semi-final: Konosuke Takeshita def. Daisuke Sasaki

• Saki Akai and Yukio Sakaguchi def. Antonio Honda and Chris Brookes & Danshoku Dieno and Yuki Iino & Yusuke Okada and Yuya Koroku

Akito, Hiroshi Yamato, Keigo Nakamura and Yoshiaki Yatsu defeated Chikara, Nabe Yakan, Sanshiro Takagi and Yukio Naya to win the KO-D 8-Man Tag Team Championships.

Konosuke Takeshita defeated Yuji Hino in the King of DDT final. He will challenge Jun Akiyama for the KO-D Openweight Championship in the main event of Wrestle Peter Pan on August 21 in Fujitsu Stadium.

Additionally, Chris Brookes and Jun Kasai will face MAO and Shunma Katsumata in a hardcore tag team match at Wrestle Peter Pan.

DDT has announced two new matches for DAMNATION’s show on July 26 in Shinjuku FACE.

First, Daiki Shimomura and Shigehiro Irie will face Nobuhiro Shimatani and Soma Takao. Second, Hiroshi Yamato will face Kikutaro.

DDT has also announced three new matches for its show on July 31 in Shinjuku FACE. First, Hideki Okatani, Jun Akiyama and Yusuke Okada will face Makoto Oishi, MEN’s Teioh and Shiori Asahi.

Second, Hiroshi Yamato and Tetsuya Endo will face Seiya Morohashi and a mystery partner. Last, Konosuke Takeshta, MAO, Shunma Katsumata and Yuki Ueno will face off in a four-way hardcore match.

This year’s D-Oh Grand Prix will begin on November 3 in Ota Ward Gymnasium.

Dragon Gate held its second Hopeful Gate 2021 tour show today in Tsuruga Kirameki Minato Dome.
