Hirooki Goto, Tomohiro Ishii and YOSHI-HASHI made their seventh successful defense of the NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Championships against Hiroyoshi Tenzan, Satoshi Kojima and Yuji Nagata in the main event. EVIL attacked Tomohiro Ishii afterwards.

Unlike other round-robin tournaments, the scoring system for the Fire Festival is slightly different.

Five points are awarded for victory by pinfall, submission or knockout. Four points are awarded for victory by referee stoppage, countout or disqualification. Three points are awarded for a draw (there is a 30-minute time limit for all block matches) and zero points are awarded for a loss.

All Japan Pro Wrestling

SUWAMA will return at All Japan Pro Wrestling’s show on July 11 after his bout with COVID-19, the company announced.

He will team with Dan Tamura and Hikaru Sato against Hokuto Omori, Jake Lee and TAJIRI at the show.

All Japan has announced the full cards for its shows on July 11 in EDION Arena Osaka #2, July 13 in Shin-Kiba 1st Ring and July 15 in Yokohama.
