WWE 205 LIVE REPORT: THE END OF AN ERA?

We are in the Capitol Wrestling Centre and your announcers are Nigel McGuinness and Vic Joseph.

Match Number One:  Ikemen Jiro versus Ariya Daivari

They start with a Greco Roman Knuckle Lock and Daivari with kicks to Jiro.  Jiro with a wrist lock and arm drag followed by another arm drag into an arm bar.  Daviari with a knee to the midsection and shoulder tackle.  Daivari with a side head lock and Jiro with one of his own and he holds on when Daivari tries to send him off the ropes.  Jiro continues to hold on.  Daivari with a knee to the midsection and then he sends Jiro into the turnbuckles.  Daivari with an Irish whip and Jiro pays tribute to an announcer and does a headstand in the corner.  Jiro with a back drop and palm strike followed by a slam.  Jiro with a rollup for a near fall.  Jrio goes to the apron and punches Daivari.  Daivari with an inverted DDT on the apron.  Daivari gets a near fall.

Daivari with a knee to the back and elbows to the clavicle.  Daivari with punches.  Daivari with a sleeper.  Jiro backs Daivari into the corner to get out of the hold and he connects with a punch.  Daivari with an Irish whip and Daivari catches Jiro when he tries to float over and kicks Jiro in the midsection.  Daivari sets for a suplex and Jiro drops down and blocks it.  Daivari goes for another suplex but Jrio blocks it.  Jiro continues to block a suplex and Daivari with forearms.  Jiro with a suplex.

Jiro with running forearms and punches to Daivari.  Daviari with an Irish whip but Jiro with a boot and double jump moonsault for a near fall.  Jiro misses a running kick and Jiro lands on his feet on a belly-to-back suplex attempt.  Jiro with a super kick and Daivari goes to the floor.  Jiro with an Asai moonsault and then he goes up top.  Jiro with a swanton for a near fall.  Daivari with a running neck breaker and hammer lock DDT for a near fall.  Daivari kicks Jiro in the corner.  Jiro with an Irish whip and Daivari with a shoulder from the apron followed by a kick.  Daivari goes up top for the frog splash but he leaps over and lands on his feet.  Jiro with the Ikemen Slash for the three count.

Winner:  Ikemen Jiro

We go to August Grey.  He says he is going one on one with Grayson Waller.  I saw what you did to Asher Hale.  A big victory for you.  I see the hype for Waller.  You may be a hot prospect in 205 Live but are you ready for some Hot August Nights.

We go to commercial.

Match Number Two:  Grayson Waller versus August Grey

Waller with a take down and he pats Grey on the head.  Waller with a waist lock.  They lock up and Grey with a side head lock and shoulder tackle.  Waller with a double leg take down and he punches Grey.  Grey with a hop toss and arm drag and he gets Waller to cover up and Grey pats Waller on the head.  Grey with a drop toe hold and he walks over Waller to return the favor.  Waller pushes Grey and Grey pushes Waller down.  Grey with an arm drag into an arm bar.  Grey with a wrist lock and he takes Waller to the mat.  Grey with an arm wringer into an arm bar.  Grey with a rollup and he gets a near fall.  Grey with an arm drag into an arm bar.

Grey with a wrist lock and Waller with a forearm to Grey.  Waller with knees to the midsection.  Waller with a boot to the chest.  Waller with punches to the ribs.  Waller with a back elbow in the corner.   Waller sends Grey into the turnbuckles and follows with a chop.  Grey misses a jumping side kick and Grey goes for a sunset flip but Waller with a triangle.  Grey gets a near fall with a rollup.  Waller with a jumping side kick for a near fall.  Waller with a punch to the ribs.  Grey with a chop and Waller with a forearm.

Waller with an Irish whip and a back breaker.  Waller gets a near fall.  Waller goes for a suplex but Grey blocks it for a moment.  Waller with punches to the ribs and he hits a suplex.  Waller does a Wonder Woman spin and he kicks Grey.  Grey with kicks and Waller with a punch.  Waller sends Grey into the turnbuckles and Grey is put in the tree of woe and Waller slides to the floor and chokes Grey.  Waller has some words for Grey and Grey slaps Waller from the tree of woe.  Waller with kicks.  Waller gets Grey on his shoulders in an Argentine back breaker and he drops down .  Grey with punches but Waller with an inverted Finlay Roll.  Waller goes to the ropes and hits a springboard elbow drop for a near fall.

Waller with more near falls.  Waller with a Million Dollar Dream.  Waller with shoulders but Grey with a back body drop.  Grey with punches.  Grey with a back elbow and clothesline that sends Waller to the floor.  Grey with a suicide dive.  Grey goes up top and hits the springboard twisting cross body and a running chop into the corner.  Waller holds on to the ropes using his legs so Grey cannot pull him into the center of the ring.  Waller drops Grey on the top rope and then he hits a leap frog stomp to the back of the neck.

Winner:  Grayson Waller
