Black Menso~re, Carbell Ito and Takao Omori will attempt their second defense of the AJPW TV 6-Man Tag Team Championships against Hokuto Omori, TAJIRI and Yusuke Kodama.

Shuji Ishikawa will attempt his first defense of the GAORA TV Championship against Yuko Miyamoto.

Koji Iwamoto will attempt his first defense of the World Junior Heavyweight Championship against Francesco Akira.

Jake Lee, Kento Miyahara and Yuma Aoyagi will face off in gauntlet-style series to determine the new holder of the Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship.

The first man to win two matches will become the new holder of the Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship. The title was previously held by SUWAMA, who was scheduled to attempt his eighth defense of the title against Lee at the show, but he vacated the title due to testing positive for COVID-19.

There will be a lottery at the start of the show to determine the order of the initial three singles matches.

Each man will represent one of the three titles that formed the Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship in 1989. As seen in the picture below from left to right, Aoyagi will represent the NWA United National Championship, Lee will represent the NWA International Heavyweight Championship and Miyahara will represent the PWF World Heavyweight Championship.
