Former WWE executives Michelle Wilson and George Barrios Isos Acquisition Corp. are in talks to merge with Bowlero Corp, a company that creates bowling centers with open bars and arcades. The new company would be valued at $2.6 billion. Terms are not complete. And more funding will have to be raised in order to complete the merger.
