BECKY, WHY WWE WOULD NEED NXT STARS TO WORK DARK MATCHES, DOES THIS MEAN THE END OF THEIR TITLES REIGNS AND MORE

Why would WWE need Becky Lynch to come to the Performance Center in order to return.  All she has to do is get back in the ring!

That is not how things work under the company's Wellness Policy.  When a talent is removed medically from performing (which would be the case from a technical standpoint, as she took time off to have her daughter), the company has a process talents must go through and pass in order to be cleared to return to physicality in the ring.  That is why she was in the ring with Indi Hartwell, to go through that process.

Does this mean she's back for Summerslam?

I would think it means she's back before Summerslam to set up that PPV, but we'll see.  She could walk out tomorrow on the Hell in A Cell PPV or on TV at any time.

Who's the first person you'd want to see her wrestle at the PPV?

If you mean Summerslam, Bianca Belair or Rhea Ripley.  I'd have her right in a major main event bout.  Summerslam has to draw 40,000+ fans.  They are going to need all the spectacle and stars they can muster.  Becky would be a big feather in their cap for that show.

Why would WWE bring in NXT stars for dark matches?  They have tons of footage of them!  That makes no sense to me.

Well, welcome to WWE, I guess?  There's a big difference in watching footage and watching something with your own eye, which is my guess as to why the talents were brought in before Vince McMahon, Bruce Prichard, etc.  It could also be they were going to have conversations with officials in order to brainstorm potential ideas, etc.  Or, it may have been officials wanted to see how they handled working with talents from the main roster, since that style is a bit different from the NXT style at times.  So, there's lot of reasons.

Is this a sign they are going to drop their titles?  Kross just beat five people so in hindsight that looks pretty stupid?

It's not a sign of anything yet other than they had dark matches.  Nothing is ever guaranteed in WWE, as our recent interview with Danielle Kamela shows.  It could be they aren't brought up at this juncture.  It could be they are brought up and they remain with NXT for a period of time as Champions.  Maybe Kross or Reed work Raw and they use that to cross-pollinate NXT to get eyeballs to follow them to Tuesday nights.  There's no set path or pattern here.  Is there ever in WWE?
