Tickets for the 8/21 WWE Summerslam 2021 PPV at Las Vegas' Allegiant Stadium will officially go on sale this morning via Ticketmaster.com. It will be the first WWE PPV held in that Stadium and the first time Summerslam has been held in a football stadium. The last time Summerslam was held in a Stadium was 1992's Summerslam at London's Wembley Stadium, headlined by Bret Hart vs. Davey Boy Smith.
Triple H, Stephanie McMahon and WWE President Nick Khan have been doing media over the last several days for the Las Vegas market to push the event, which is slated to hold at least 40,000 fans live.
It is very much being considered an "all hands on deck" event PWInsider.com has been told with the idea that this year, the event will be pushed at the same level, if not larger than this year's edition of Wrestlemania in Tampa.
