New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Great-O-Khan named two Dragon Gate wrestlers when asked about potential junior heavyweight additions to the United Empire in an interview on New Japan’s website.

He said: “Of course we are considering junior heavyweights who wish to join our union, but as we said there are certain restrictions at the current time. We call ourselves the Dominator because we seek to dominate any division and title we set our eyes upon, but the junior heavyweight landscape is one we cannot conquer. A junior heavyweight would be a good addition to strengthen the United Empire. As for other promotions, our eyes are drawn to Dragon Gate’s Ben-K and Keisuke Okuda.”

Tetsuya Endo will miss both shows due to suffering a right leg injury during his match against Chris Brookes yesterday. The injury does not appear to be serious, though, as he is still scheduled to compete at DDT’s show on June 20 in Korakuen Hall.

All Japan Pro Wrestling referee Nikkan Lee has recovered from COVID-19, the company announced today.

Lee first tested positive for COVID-19 on May 29 and the company announced the news on May 31.
