Last night on Raw, John Morrison dedicated his match against Damian Priest to The Miz, who was last seen being feasted upon on by Zombies at Wrestlemania Backlash. The word backstage at Raw is that he suffered a knee injury that will be getting checked out this week. The fear is that he suffered a possible torn ACL when Damian Priest landed on him with an elbowdrop during the match, but there is no confirmation on that as of this writing. We will update if we hear an update.
AJ Styles and Omos are still officially on the heel side of the roster.
As we noted yesterday, there were a ton of rewrites on Raw, to the point that as of 5:30 PM, they didn't have a final script done.
For those who asked why there was no update on Humberto Carrillo, the decision was made to focus on the Ricochet stuff. Much like Mansoor being forgotten a week after he debuted, the decision was made to focus on something else.
