Dave Bautista has joined the cast of Director Rian Johnson's Knives Out 2, a Netflix sequel to the 2019 murder mystery film, Deadline.com reported this afternoon.
The plot of the first film - "The circumstances surrounding the death of crime novelist Harlan Thrombey are mysterious, but there's one thing that renowned Detective Benoit Blanc knows for sure -- everyone in the wildly dysfunctional Thrombey family is a suspect. Now, Blanc must sift through a web of lies and red herrings to uncover the truth."
Blan, played by Daniel Craig, will be returning for the second film, which will shoot this summer in Greece.
There is no word yet what characters Bautista will be playing.
