YOUNG ROCK RENEWED FOR SECOND SEASON ON NBC

Deadline.com is reporting that NBC's Young Rock, which will have its season finale this Tuesday, has been renewed for a second season.

Beyond The Rock, the series has featured his parents Rocky Johnson and Ata Maivia, his Grandmother Lia Maivia as well as Andre the Giant, Afa, Sika, Randy Savage, Ricky Steamboat, Vince McMahon, Junkyard Dog, The Iron Sheik and more.

The plot for the season finale features the following plot - "As Election Day 2032 approaches, Dwayne reflects on the ups and downs his family endured during his childhood in Hawaii, Pennsylvania and Miami, and how the unpredictibility of his family's story prepared him for this moment."
