FORMER ECW RING ANNOUNCER DIRECTING CONCERT CELEBRATION OF THE WHO THIS WEEKEND

During the pandemic, former ECW Ring Announcer Stephen DeAngelis has been utilizing his show business experience and relationships to create new and innovative opportunities with his latest project debuting this weekend. 

DeAngelis a co-founder of The Rock Project whose mission is to combine the music of  classic rock icons with the vocal prowess of contemporary Broadway's finest vocalists breaking the boundaries of both genres in order to create something fresh  and authentic.  

TRP's first endeavor is a streaming concert event entitled "Reflections of Who's Next" (directed and cast by Deangelis) which celebrates the 50th Anniversary of the legendary album as well as many of The Who's greatest hits:

The concert features performances by 2X Tony Award nominee and "American Idol" alumnus Constanine Maroulis, Justin Matthew Sargent ("Rock of Ages"; "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark"), Lana Gordon ("Chicago"; "The Lion King") and Mike Wartella ("Wicked"; "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory") with musical support provided by "Wondrous Stories" who are considered among Long Island's most successful and popular bands.

The show will be available online from April 30th to May 2nd with priced at $25, available at www.therockprojectlive.com.
