WWE UK TV PARTNER IN MIDST OF SALE TALKS

The Daily Telegraph reported that Amazon, Disney, and DAZN are in talks with BT about selling BT Sports, which is WWE's home in the UK. They note that BT have engaged investment bank Lazard to explore a partial sale of its sports television arm as they focus more on broadband. 

BT commented on the sale talks: "Further to media reports, BT can confirm that early discussions are being held with a number of select strategic partners, to explore ways to generate investment, strengthen our sports business, and help take it to the next stage in its growth. The discussions are confidential and may or may not lead to an outcome."

According to Deadline, Amazon and Disney declined to comment. DAZN did not immediately comment.
