The NHL announced that they have signed a seven year deal with Turner Sports today. Stanley Cup Playoff and Stanley Cup Final games will be televised on TNT and TBS starting next season and running through 2027-28. TNT gets the Cup Final in 2023, 2025 and 2027, while Disney has the rights in the other four years. Turner will get one conference final series each season and half of the first two rounds of the playoffs along with 72 regular-season games per season. What that means to Dynamite at this point is to be determined. It could be that if there is a game on Wednesday, they air it on TBS. We shall see.
