NWA POWERRR TV REPORT

Welcome back to the GPB studios in Atlanta for this week’s episode of NWA Powerrr!  The amazing Dokken Track “INTO THE FIRE” welcomes us! Joe Galli, Tim Storm and Velvet Sky have tonight’s call.  Kyle Davis is with Trevor Murdoch.  Here’s here for one reason, a shot at Chris Adonis for the NWA National Championship.  Trevor acknowledges there was no rematch clause but he’s asking the NWA to give him any stipulation.

Nick Aldis joins the booth and warns Murdoch not to touch him.  Nick takes Umbridge with Murdoch claiming he welcomed Adonis.  No one goes to the NWA without the champs say-so.  He is very upset with Murdoch about blaming him for losing the National Title. Aldis has a proposition.  He thinks Adonis did him a favor.  Let’s be honest, some one like Murdoch isn’t what the NWA needs as a champion.  Aldis will take the main event and give Trevor the night off.  He wants Murdoch to leave Adonis alone.  Hmmm… If Murdoch behaves himself, he might be granted an NWA World’s Title Opportunity.  Murdoch wants a guarantee but the opportune word was “might”.

May Valentine is back with Slice Boogie.  Slice has some words for Jax Dane.  He calls him out for a match anytime and anywhere.

Non Title: Aron Stevens and JR Kraros vs. Sal Rinauro & ???

Sal is out by himself, his partner will be along shortly.  Apparently, he’s a former champion.  The story here is that the champs are not getting along as Stevens is having a crisis of conscience.  Front facelock by Stevens, Sal makes the ropes.  Go behind by Sal, Aron reverses into a headlock takedown.  Sal with a headscissors, Stevens escapes.  Kratos tags in.  He is a scary looking guy.  Rinaro with a few punches, he goes off the ropes and Kratos lays him out with a pounce.  Kratos slaps the taste out of Sal.  Deadlift belly to back by Kratos, followed by another.  Kratos lays down the forearms and a big bodyslam.  Danny Deals (NOT a former champion) comes out and he takes a beating from Kratos on the outside.   Powerslam by Kratos and he stomps down on Rinaro.  He rains down forearms and Tim Storm has seen enough.  He wants the match stopped.  Kratos gets in his face and Storm punches Kratos, who gets rolled up by Sal for the pin.

WINNERS: Sal Rinaruo and ???

They declare Tim Storm as his partner.  We’ve got new #1 contenders. 

Kyle Davis has Da Pope, Tyrus and Austin Idol.  Pope cuts a promo on Tyrus.  Tyrus looks at Pope like a brother, but points out that Pope has never been the man in wrestling.  Tyrus is doing a great job talking down to Pope.  As much as Tyrus loves his brother, he wants the NWA TV Title.  Pope fires back that Tyrus isn’t just walking in here and taking what he’s got.  This was a great set up to the eventual match.

Idol sends Tyrus into the ring and we’ve got a TV Title Qualifier.  Idol uses his managerial influence to get Tyrus involved.

Tyrus vs. All Day Marshe Rockett vs. Matt Cross

Tyrus shoves everyone down but Cross goes to work in the corner and rolls up Rockett for 2.  Tyrus suplexes Rockett.  Tyrus bites down on Cross.  Tyrus gets dropkicked out of the ring and Rockett nails a dropkick on Cross but Cross with a shoulder block and a shooting star.  Tyrus throws Cross out of the ring and pins Rockett.

WINNER: Tyrus (new NWA TV Title #1 contender)

May Valentine is with Chris Adonis and Thom Lattimer.  They want the NWA Tag Team Titles

Jennacide vs. Kamille

Lockup, neither can get the edge.  Headlock by Jennacide, Kamille throws her off with a shoulderblock. Kamille wants a test of strength.  It’s pretty even until Kamille nails a kneelift.  Jennacide blocks a bodyslam and performs one of her own.  Unfazed, Kamille slams her.  KAmille with a series of forearms but Jennacide slams her into the buckles and a shoulder tackle in the corner by Jennacide.  Jennacide with a series of forearms but a heel kick by Kamille into ground and pound.  Kamille chokes her on the middle rope.  Double chop and a powerslam for 2 by Kamille. Kamille slows things down with a rear chinlock and we have a forearm exchange into a pump kick by Jennacide. DDT by Jennacide for 2. 

Kamille with shoulder tackles in the corner.  Jennacide blocks a superplex but Kamille with a fallaway slam. Spear by Kamille and she only gets a 2.  Another spear and this time Kamille gets the pin.

WINNER: Kamille

GREAT showing by Jennacide. Melina comes out and tends to Jennacide but she eats a spear.  This brings out Thunder Rosa and she and Kamille stare each other down.

Non title: Jordan Clearwater vs Nick Aldis (NWA World’s Champion)

Code of honor adhered to. Trevor Murdoch immediately comes out but Thom Lattimer and Chirs Adonis beat him down.

OFFICIAL DECISION: No Contest

Aldis and Co. beat down Murdoch and stand tall.
